Holiday Inn & Suites SHANGHAI CHANGFENG by IHG

Had a wonderful weekend stay at Changfeng Suites Holiday. The hairdryer and mini-fridge were a nice touch. The hotel service was very welcoming, and the staff's attitude was excellent. The room was clean and new. A thoroughly satisfying experience.

Absolutely loved it! The decor is great, and it was very clean. I slept so well at night. Definitely recommend it! They have a hairdryer and a mini-fridge, and it's excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai. Superb!

The hotel's location is excellent, and I was very satisfied with the room. The mini-fridge was very convenient to use. The lobby on the first floor was clean and the flowers were beautiful.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay in the room. It was also very convenient for getting around. Each room has a mini-fridge, and the fresh flowers in the lobby on the first floor are absolutely beautiful. It's definitely my top choice for travel.

The fan was powerful. It was convenient to get around, clean, and the facilities were new. On the fifth floor, there are washing machines, dryers, and garment steamers. The front desk service was warm and welcoming, making for a great stay. The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the Children's Hospital next door.

The hotel is new and the facilities are quite comprehensive. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hairdryer is powerful and the fresh flowers are beautiful. They were able to address our needs promptly. We even got a free room upgrade to a spacious and comfortable suite, which was a pleasant surprise.

I got a call before checking in saying I'd been upgraded to a suite, which was a nice touch! The front desk already had a sign up warning that the mall next door would be under construction during the day, but since I was already there, I decided to check in anyway. Here's my experience, just for your reference: My room was on the fifth floor. As soon as I stepped out of the elevator into the hallway, I was greeted by a Pinduoduo poster wall – it startled me so much I thought I was on the wrong floor! There was constant noise from upstairs, like furniture being moved around. Around 2 or 3 AM, I heard children screaming upstairs. In the morning, the hallway smelled of smoke. When I woke up, there was a persistent buzzing sound from construction outside. The Wi-Fi speed wasn't great. Overall, it's not worth five stars.

The room was very clean. The mini-fridge in the room was super useful. There were fresh flowers on every table on the first floor, which was very pretty and I really liked it.
