Hotel Indigo SHANGHAI HARBOUR CITY by IHG

We stayed at the newly built Indigo Hotel for Chinese New Year, specifically the fourth and fifth day, which also happened to be my husband's birthday. There was a fireworks display at Dishui Lake, which was a bonus. The hotel isn't very large overall, and I saw many families with children staying there. I booked three rooms, and the front desk upgraded one of them to a lake-view king room so we could all be together – very thoughtful service! Luna was also very helpful before check-in, answering all my questions about parking. 👍🏻 For the price point, the rooms were decent. It's a bit surprising that the faucet was already loose in a new hotel, but everything else was good. The Dishui Lake fireworks were absolutely beautiful!

A very satisfying stay! The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to visit the Planetarium, Haichang Ocean Park, and take strolls around Dishui Lake. The breakfast selection was rich and available until 12:30 PM. The service was also top-notch; special thanks to Chris from housekeeping for arranging the room setup and bed rail in advance. Horus at the front desk was very welcoming and handled check-in swiftly. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is about a 6-7 minute taxi ride from the planetarium. It's clean, quiet, and comfortable, though the air freshener scent was a bit strong.

Traveling with my family during Chinese New Year, the hotel staff were very welcoming and responsive. The overall decor is quite nice, and with fewer rooms per floor, it's very quiet. We also participated in the hotel's calligraphy event, writing 'fu' characters to celebrate the Spring Festival – it was a lively and festive experience!

The hotel is small but beautifully designed with excellent facilities. The lake-view balcony offers a great view, and the brunch-style breakfast is perfect for late risers who don't want to miss out. The service is also great, with staff proactively communicating to understand your needs. It's a precisely positioned resort hotel that's easy to get to from the city. A wonderful spot for a mini-vacation.

I booked the newly opened Indigo Hotel at Dishui Lake for my relatives. The room was very new and spacious, with excellent facilities. The bathtub was also huge, making for a very enjoyable soak! The room offered views of the lake and some of the surrounding architecture! It was a very satisfying stay! Check-in was swift thanks to Horus, and Coco was very understanding and helpful.
