Hanting Shanghai Bund World Metro Station Hotel

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, making travel incredibly convenient. The facilities are generally clean and tidy, offering great value for money for a 3-star hotel. The staff are also warm and friendly, making you feel very welcome. However, the biggest issue lies with the behavior of some guests. Some guests smoke in their rooms, causing the hallway to often reek of smoke, and sometimes it even wafts into the rooms through the ventilation system, severely impacting the stay experience. To be honest, China's technology is indeed advancing day by day, but the public awareness of some people seems to not have kept up with the times. I hope the hotel can strengthen its management of smoking rooms, for example, by clearly designating smoking floors or adding air purification equipment, so that non-smoking guests can also enjoy a peaceful stay.

This hotel is clean and tidy. It's conveniently located about 120 meters from Metro Exit 5. The service is excellent. The only minor issue is that the room size is a bit small, but otherwise, everything is fine.

Traveling to Shanghai with my elderly parents, convenient transportation was our top priority. This hotel is perfectly situated directly opposite a subway entrance with access to lines 8 and 14, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere. The hotel facilities are new, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom even has a retractable clothesline, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was also quite plentiful with a good variety of options, and we were very satisfied. Five stars!

The hotel was very clean and odor-free. The front desk staff, especially a young lady, was very welcoming and helpful. There's parking right outside the entrance, which is super convenient. Breakfast was plentiful, and the surrounding area has everything you need, including a subway station right next door, making getting around a breeze!

The location is fantastic! It's right outside the subway station, and downstairs there's a fruit shop and many small restaurants, so you'll definitely find enough to eat. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and they have a robot that delivers food. Breakfast is served right opposite the front desk downstairs, and it's quite substantial with a good variety, and the tofu pudding is excellent. The rooms are quite spacious and all have windows with a reasonable layout. There's a TV with screen mirroring, though I didn't really use it. Tea bags are provided. Overall, it's pretty good. The room had a slight damp smell, which is normal.

Atmosphere: Built 25 years ago, so it's still quite new. Service: I have to say, the service was really bad. The girl at the front desk was very unhelpful. She asked if I wanted a room on the 7th or 2nd floor, and I said 7th because I'm a light sleeper. Then she made me wait for a long time while she checked, and finally gave me a room on the 2nd floor, which led to an argument. Later, I went out again to ask the front desk for water, and her attitude was terrible! Overall, it was a bad experience. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was average. When I checked in that night, there were leftover food crumbs from the previous guest on the table.
