Aifei Hotel (Shanghai Hongqiao Airport Laiting North Road Branch)

The facilities are excellent, and this stay was a fantastic experience, exceeding my expectations. The hotel offers a free laundry room and dryer, and the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helped upgrade my room. The room itself had large windows, providing plenty of natural light. When checking out, they even offered a small gift. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was incredibly enthusiastic. This is truly a hotel that prioritates service and quality. I highly recommend everyone to give it a try!

The hotel has a great location with convenient access to restaurants nearby. The rooms are exceptionally clean and bright, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Check-in at the front desk was quick and the staff proactively offered information on nearby attractions, which was very thoughtful. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip here!

The sanitation is very poor, there is no breakfast, and the service is even worse. When you go out, the security guard will ask you which room you are in, just like checking your household registration. You have clearly paid for it, but it's like borrowing his home. He urged you to check out at 11 o'clock in the morning. I have never stayed in such a rubbish hotel.

The front desk clerk was not only proactive and efficient during check-in, but also promptly returned my lost bag upon check-out. I was deeply touched by his honesty. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast was also beyond expectations and delicious. It was a truly exceptional value!

I rarely write reviews, but this one really surprised me. Let's start with the most important thing: cleanliness. Very clean, everything is new, and there are non-smoking rooms. Many of you will understand what I mean: finding a non-smoking room is very difficult here, but at this hotel, they took our requests into account. The rooms are fully automated, so you don't have to worry about anything (you'll understand what I mean when you check in). They're bright, spacious, and have comfortable beds. In short, it was a very pleasant stay! A few words about the breakfast: it was the best we had while in China. There were plenty of non-spicy/oily options for foreigners, so we were able to eat well. A special thank you to the staff (they were all so attentive, sweet, and responsive, it was almost heartwarming). From the moment we walked in the door, they literally helped us with everything. A huge thank you to them. Overall, I recommend it to everyone; it was a great experience. When we return to Shanghai, we'll definitely be staying here!
