ATOUR Hotel Century Avenue, Lujiazui, Shanghai

This is my second stay at Atour. Breakfast for my eldest child wasn't included in the booking, but I got a meal set by joining their membership program. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around by taxi, but if you're taking the subway, it's a bit of a walk. Something to consider if you have family members who get annoyed by walking. The hotel offers free parking, which was one of the reasons I chose to stay here. My friend lent me their car when I arrived in Shanghai, so staying at Atour with a car was very convenient. They provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes for the children, just as they did years ago. This time, I also used the hotel's washing machine and dryer, and the laundry room was very clean and convenient. On the last night, I specifically went to try the late-night snack. They offered congee and pickles, which left a warm feeling for those in a rush. The staff were all polite, enthusiastic, and professional 👍
