The front desk staff were warm and friendly. The location is super convenient for getting around, and the room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location is super convenient, really close to the subway station, and the views are amazing – you can see the Bund right from here. The service is excellent, especially from the staff member Yinuo. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone provided exceptional service.

The slipper is super fluffy. Avoid room 2010. Extremely noisy lol with so many people using elevator. Clean new hotel, but soundproofing wasn’t satisfactory.

Lots of issues with the service of this hotel. Someone spilled water on the sofa where my bag was and instead of letting me know or moving my bag or even putting a sign on the sofa they did nothing. When I brought this up, the front desk lady said “I know”. The internet didn’t work and had to be manually reset by front desk. There’s not really a restaurant either.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. You step right out into the Bund's architectural complex, the subway is very close, taxis are readily available, and there's even a sightseeing bus stop right outside. As for amenities, the hotel rooms are fully smart-equipped. The breakfast offers a great mix of Chinese and Western options, including salmon, fried bacon, mini wontons, and scallion oil noodles. There's also a coffee shop on the ground floor, and a robot delivers takeout orders. We stayed over New Year's Eve on the Bund and got a free upgrade to a suite with a view of the Oriental Pearl Tower right from our window. With a late checkout, we could enjoy breakfast, take a stroll along the Bund, and then come back for a nap before leaving. The service was incredibly thoughtful!
