The room was incredibly spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable, and the service was very attentive. The free laundry and complimentary luggage storage were super convenient, especially for us tourists who were returning from abroad and spending a few more days exploring Shanghai.

Had a great trip here. The location is rather convenient where it is just located next to the Nanjing road. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. They will always help us when we needed help

Not happy, the location is too far away, and the room is noisy as it is facing main roads. Privacy is absolute not a privilege and passersby keep taking photos of the Mcd outlet just right below. Staffs has no authorities and the manager in charged was arrogant and not helpful.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's super clean, the service is excellent, and the location is incredibly convenient. The laundry facilities are great too! Next time any of my friends visit Shanghai, I'll definitely recommend they stay here!
