The hygiene was acceptable, and there were no mosquitoes. Aside from the small space, the overall experience was decent. The location is in a bustling area of Shanghai, and the price isn't too expensive. It would have been even better if there was a window.

The room was clean and spacious, and the location was excellent. The staff were all very patient and responsible. Highly recommend, I'll definitely stay here again!

Environment: The ambiance is upscale, quiet, and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Some rooms even offer a view of the 'Three-piece Suite' (referring to the iconic Lujiazui skyline). The lighting is beautiful! Facilities: The amenities are comprehensive and well-equipped. They even have a robot to deliver takeout orders to your room! 🤖 Plus, there's a mini-fridge, essential for summer! Service: Housekeeping service is very responsive. Breakfast is simple but well-rounded and tastes great 👍, perfect for a good start to the day! 🍳
