Century Asia Island Hotel

An absolutely wonderful stay! First off, the location is unbeatable. It's just a 10-minute walk to Nanjing Road, and the Bund is also very close. Right downstairs, there are tons of long-standing eateries and popular internet-famous restaurants, and the subway is super convenient. The biggest surprise was the hotel's night view – the 'Three-piece Suite' (Lujiazui skyline) was spectacular! The hotel itself was clean and tidy, and the room was meticulously cleaned. Plus, having a Xiao Du smart speaker was a nice touch, and the delivery robot was adorable. The staff were warm, professional, and very responsive, helping me out a lot. Overall, my entire stay exceeded expectations; the location, environment, and service were all fantastic. Highly recommended!

There was a noticeable amount of residue, almost like a gummy substance, around the sink that hadn't been cleaned. The hallway had a strong sewage smell that even powerful air fresheners couldn't mask. Breakfast was just average. I won't be staying here again.

The front desk service was quite good, and the room service was decent too. The entire lobby looked very clean, and the guest rooms were spotless. Plus, it was super convenient with attractions within a 10 to 15-minute walk.

Facilities: Brand new and well-equipped, exceeded my expectations. Even the bathrobes and other amenities were individually packaged, which gave me peace of mind. Small details like the hairdryer and showerhead were also of high quality. Cleanliness: The hotel is very new, and the room was spotless. The scent in the hallway was also very pleasant and tasteful. Service: Top-notch service, warm and friendly. They thoroughly explained the facilities and the surrounding area. I didn't even realize I'd left some clothes behind, but the manager proactively contacted me and arranged to have them sent over.
