My stay in a suite at Mercure exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and grand, with a wonderful French decor that felt both romantic and luxurious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an exceptional view, allowing me to enjoy the river scenery and the bustling Lujiazui skyline without even leaving the room – the night view was particularly stunning. The hotel amenities were very practical. The self-service laundry room was a huge convenience, especially for travelers. Food deliveries were brought up to the room by a robot, which saved time and hassle. Overall, it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time. Highly recommended!
