Diamond Bund hotel

I highly recommend the Shanghai Dallmann Bund Hotel! My overall stay exceeded expectations, and it absolutely deserves a perfect rating! The hotel's location is superb, situated in the heart of the Bund. You can walk to Nanjing East Road and the Bund's historic architecture, and it's close to the subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The hotel management is well-organized, with clean public areas, and the rooms are fully equipped and brand new. The hardware is thoughtfully provided, ensuring a very comfortable stay. What was most surprising was the flexible and thoughtful service from the staff! I was lucky enough to receive a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in. Because of my itinerary, the front desk kindly arranged a late check-out. They also proactively adjusted the afternoon tea time to accommodate our travel plans, making communication smooth and showing a truly human touch. Throughout our stay, we felt the staff were patient, kind, and responsive, trying their best to resolve all our needs. With its excellent location, facilities, and service, this is definitely our top choice for visiting Shanghai. We'll certainly stay here again on our next trip to Shanghai!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and the Bund intersection. You can even clearly see the 'Three-piece Suit' (Lujiazui skyline) from the hotel's rooftop terrace. The interior design is beautiful and very photogenic, and the overall cleanliness is excellent. The air conditioning in the room is very responsive to temperature and fan speed adjustments. The amenities are absolutely top-notch: the hairdryer is a Dyson, the toiletries are L'Occitane, and the slippers are thick and plush. The most pleasant surprise was having a choice between a down pillow and a latex pillow, which is a real plus for anyone with neck issues. The refrigerator in the room cools very well; a pudding I bought stayed perfectly fine for two days, unlike some hotel fridges that barely cool at all. The self-service laundry room downstairs has separate washing machines and dryers. I had a piece of clothing that wasn't completely dry when I arrived, and after drying it downstairs, it was soft, dry, and completely odorless. It's clear that even though it's a shared facility, the cleaning and disinfection are very thorough. The hotel also has a delivery robot, so any takeout you order is promptly sent up by the front desk via the robot. All in all, the entire stay was perfectly comfortable and I highly recommend it.

The room decor is beautiful and new, and the hotel has a lovely, high-end fragrance everywhere. The location is super convenient, right by the Bund and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. The price is great too. Highly recommend it, I'll definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel is super close to the Bund and also very near Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Check-in at the front desk was quick. The room was clean and quiet, and there were plenty of convenient dining options nearby. Getting a taxi for check-out the next day was also very easy.
