H+ Hotel Shanghai, Pudong

This hotel is excellent, I'm thoroughly impressed – it's clear they put a lot of heart into running it. The service is great, and the room, though not large, has a fantastic overall color scheme and lighting, making it very functional. It feels comfortable and cozy. The hotel is very clean, with excellent attention to detail, even down to using Vinda tissues. The breakfast is also very rich, with options for both Chinese and Western dishes. My mom had a very comfortable stay, and my child said they want to come back to this hotel next time too. We stayed for three nights and loved it.

The Deluxe King Room was a pleasant surprise; it didn't feel cramped at all. The bedding had just the right firmness, making for a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom was impeccably clean, with great attention to detail. The front desk staff, JANNA, Ocean, and Wyatt, were all very friendly and responsive to requests. They even quickly returned an item I'd left in my room, which shows their excellent efficiency!

A super beautiful, cozy, and comfortable hotel! The moment you walk in, there's a lovely scent that makes you want to linger. The overall design of the hotel is also fantastic, and the room feels just like your own bedroom, with a really big TV! The color scheme is very soothing! The toiletries are Atelier Cologne, and I love the citrus fragrance! The slippers and bathrobes are both great quality and very comfortable to use! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

The soundproofing is really good; you barely hear any noise from the hallway or outside at night, so I slept very soundly. The two beds are spaced far enough apart that you don't disturb each other. The mattress is on the softer side, which I personally find perfect, and there's a choice of a firm or soft pillow. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is a big plus. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the water pressure is good. The front desk service was excellent. Wyatt gets a good review, the only minor drawback being the room has no window, but it honestly didn't feel cramped at all. Overall, it's good value for money, and I would consider staying here again next time.

On this business trip to Shanghai, I specifically chose the 'Tranquil Twin Room' at the H+ Hotel Lujiazui, and my overall experience truly exceeded expectations! Firstly, even though the room was on the 2nd-3rd floor and had no windows (a characteristic of the Tranquil Twin Room), this actually turned into an advantage – the soundproofing was excellent, making it incredibly quiet. For someone like me who's a light sleeper, it was an absolute blessing. The room was very spacious at 35㎡, easily accommodating two people without feeling cramped. The decor was modern and minimalist, the facilities were new, and the smart room control was very convenient; I could control the curtains and lights with Tmall Genie. The most pleasant surprise was the bathroom amenities, which were Atelier Cologne. The scent was very sophisticated, showing great attention to detail. The mattress was firm yet comfortable with good support, and the deep sleep pillows ensured a truly restful night. As for the service, it was impeccable. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and even offered a comforting wellness tea upon check-in. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with plenty of good dining options nearby. It's a short taxi ride to the core Lujiazui area or the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Although the room didn't have windows, the fresh air system was very effective, keeping the air consistently fresh. Among Lujiazui hotels in the same price range, the quality and service here are definitely a superior experience. I will choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shanghai!
