IntercityHotel Shanghai World Expo Hotel

This is a very new hotel with excellent service. The laundry room and gym are very practical. You can drop off your laundry and track its progress via a mini-program. If needed, you can also leave a note for the attendant to handle it for you. The laundry attendant even delivers the folded clothes to your room door, which is service beyond expectation!

The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was quite decent. My daughter booked it, and she was pretty satisfied. We originally booked another hotel, but after checking it out, we weren't happy. Then we saw this new hotel on Ctrip with great reviews, so we took a taxi here. Thankfully, it didn't disappoint.

My stay was great! The hotel is about a 7-10 minute walk to the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, proactively explaining the hotel's gym, laundry facilities, and restaurant location and dining times during check-in. The robot food delivery was fast, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive. The overall environment was elegant and quiet. The service was thoughtful and attentive, making for a comfortable stay. I would definitely consider this hotel again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

The biggest highlight of this stay was the service! The front desk staff were very polite and thoughtful, and communication was incredibly smooth for any questions or issues. Their responsiveness was a pleasant surprise. The room was also spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and had good soundproofing. You could really feel that everyone genuinely wanted guests to have a good stay, rather than just going through the motions. The overall experience far exceeded other hotels in the same price range, and it's highly recommended!

Service: What impressed me most during this stay was the staff's attitude – it was truly excellent. I checked in quite late, and encountered an issue after check-in that wasn't the hotel's fault. I contacted the front desk and they resolved it immediately, which was very satisfying. Environment: The hotel is located away from the bustling city center, so it's relatively quiet and suitable for those who need a peaceful night's sleep. Facilities: As a new hotel, all the facilities are brand new and in great condition. No complaints about the hardware. And I must mention the breakfast – it was very varied and the food was delicious.

Our room was upgraded, and when we returned in the evening, we found a plate of fruit waiting for us – the pepino melons were incredibly sweet. The bed was very comfortable, and the facilities were also good. Being a new hotel, it was very clean. My friend ordered takeout, but because the delivery information didn't match the room details, the front desk didn't allow the robot to bring it up. This, in a way, protected user privacy, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, a fantastic stay.

The room environment and hygiene are excellent, the service attitude is super good, and the location is also great, making it convenient to go anywhere.

Facilities: Good Service: Friendly and good Hygiene: Clean and bright Facilities: Spacious and excellent I liked it and will definitely come again next time.

This was a great stay. The hotel environment was clean and tidy, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, the breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the minibar drinks were complimentary. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I would choose this place again for my next trip.
