This hotel's location is perfect if you need to take a flight at Pudong Airport. The attention was outstanding. The personnel were always helpful coordinating everything, including a shuttle bus service they provide free of charge that leaves every 30 minutes and it only takes 10 minutes to arrive to Terminal 2, and 15 minutes to Terminal 1.They have an inside restaurant that offers very delicious Chinese food. Overall it's great. I called them on the phone and they gave me their WeChat number, so we could both use the translation app. I have to emphasize that the attention was excellent. Thank you 🙏

Very stylish, clean hotel with friendly staff. Check in was smooth, I was taken to my room by a member of staff. The rooms are in different buildings to the main reception area. My room was excellent. Very clean, large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of eastern and western range. This is a very close 10 minutes by regular shuttle to the Pudong airport. Shuttle buses are every 30 minutes throughout the day.

Booked a duplex suite of over 20 square meters, but was told I'd get an upgrade, which turned out to be a non-duplex, small single room, probably less than 20 square meters, as shown in the picture. I really should have read the other negative reviews before booking. As other reviews mentioned, this hotel is located within a park, which has other parking lots. The hotel rooms are spread across several buildings, and the check-in/check-out desk is in yet another separate building.
