Spacious room, comfortable king bed, very clean. Just one metro to circus world. Line 1 metro direct to the cbd and the other end is to tennis complex. Really enjoy our stay!

Good hotel, but not that close to subway station. Reception staff not that friendly. Breakfast expensive compared to other similar hotels.

Great stay. The hotel quality was excellent, price was reasonable. There are supermarket nearby so it's very convenient. The staffs are very helpful and kind as well.

Located about a 10/15 minute walk to nearest metro station. The room itself was excellent, very clean, spacious and comfortable beds. We booked the hotel as it had a gym and swimming pool and were disappointed to discover these were located a 10 minute walk away in another building.

The hotel is in a great location, near the subway and supermarket. The room was spacious, clean, and looked relatively new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also delicious. I would definitely book this hotel again next time.

The hotel rooms are very clean and the linens are changed in time. The breakfast is rich in variety. The North Shanghai Hotel receives many foreign tourists.
