The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated that the minibar included complimentary water and soft drinks, which was a nice touch. The Superior Room does not have a bathtub.
Toothbrushes are provided, but they were placed in a spot that was a bit difficult to find at first.
The breakfast selection was somewhat limited and the taste was average. It wasn’t bad, but I expected a bit more variety.
One downside was that I could hear my neighbor snoring during the night, which slightly affected my sleep.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a few minor points that could be improved.

Had a great stay here! The location is really convenient, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. It was super handy having a robot deliver food to the room. The hotel itself is quite new, the service is excellent, and the breakfast spread is fantastic.

From the moment we entered the restaurant until we left, Manager Ma provided attentive service throughout. Manager Lin proactively checked in on our needs, and the other staff members were incredibly observant and quick to respond. They were all polite and friendly when communicating with us. Modern hotel with clean and spacious rooms. It's located right next to a big shopping centre, and the line 2 subway station is at 10 minutes walking distance. The gym is good, the pool is convenient, however the changing room only has one single shower. Overall a nice and convenient stay.

General cleaning is good although room carpet was full of stains. The gym is extremely small for such a big hotel, very tiny space to work out

Return customer for the 2nd time. Everything is good. Except for the sewer system it will push backward the smell, especially every morning when you use the sink. This is construction flaw.
