Hyatt Place Shanghai Tianshan Plaza enjoys a very strategic and convenient location, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is situated less than a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station, which makes getting around the city extremely easy. In addition, there is a large shopping mall directly opposite the hotel, offering plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. With these amenities so close by, the hotel is within easy reach of almost everything a business traveler might need during their stay. During my visit, my spouse and son accompanied me, and the room setup worked out very well for our small family. The sofa bed provided in the room made it comfortable enough to accommodate three people without feeling cramped. The room itself was spacious, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, which made our stay even more pleasant. Another highlight of the hotel is the excellent service from the staff. The housekeeping team was consistently friendly and attentive, ensuring the room was well maintained each day. The reception staff were also polite, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, the combination of a great location, comfortable rooms, and attentive service made our stay at Hyatt Place Shanghai Tianshan Plaza a very enjoyable experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms are quite spacious, clean, and tidy. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back again.

I chose a Hyatt-affiliated hotel near Nan Fung City for a business trip, and it definitely didn't disappoint. Both the service and facilities were well worth the price. They had all the amenities you'd expect, like a swimming pool and gym, and everything was very well-maintained. The room was simple but impeccably clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. The common areas weren't crowded, so it was very quiet and peaceful. Overall, it was a great stay, and I'd definitely consider staying here again if I'm in the area for business.

The hotel location is convenient, and the facilities are new and complete. The room is particularly nice, exactly my style, and has great natural light. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Plus, food deliveries are now brought directly to the room by robots, which is super convenient.

I arrived at 11:30 PM, and Miggie at the front desk was incredibly kind. She proactively upgraded me to a garden room and even gave me a complimentary breakfast for one day – a huge thank you! The garden room was a comfortable size, better than I expected, and the bedding was quite cozy. The bathroom was also good; overall, the design was simple and pleasant. However, I couldn't figure out how to use the phone in the room to call the front desk, and the safe wasn't working. The curtains in the garden room also wouldn't open (no instructions), and there were no Type C outlets, so I couldn't charge my devices. Having to go downstairs to borrow a power bank was quite inconvenient. Breakfast was decent, with shredded chicken congee, toppings, and delicious sesame flatbread and soy milk. Overall, my stay was still comfortable.

My home's AC broke down, so I had to stay in a hotel. I picked one close to where my son has classes. The hotel was great – well-equipped facilities, very clean, and the surrounding area had everything we needed. A really good choice!

Due to the Middle East situation, Dubai airport was closed, forcing me to make an unexpected two-day, two-night detour to New Zealand before finally being able to return to Shanghai from Argentina. I arrived at the hotel at 7 AM, feeling incredibly anxious and exhausted, only to find out they were fully booked. However, the male front desk attendant was very kind and welcoming. He asked me to rest in the lobby and promised to notify me as soon as a room became available. While dozing off in the lobby, a female front desk attendant woke me up to tell me a room was ready. It turned out the previous attendant had already briefed her during their shift handover. This female attendant was very diligent and responsible; she promptly got me into my room to rest early. Having traveled all over the world, the service, politeness, cleanliness, and hygiene at the Hyatt Place Skyway Plaza far surpass many five-star hotels. I will definitely choose Hyatt Place again if I have the opportunity.

We booked this hotel specifically for the Paw Patrol event at the adjacent mall. Overall, everything was great. The lady at check-in was wonderful. We also used the pool in the evening; the water was very clean, though a bit chilly. Breakfast was a little on the dry side. My child was absolutely thrilled! 😃

The overall condition, cleanliness, and amenities were abysmal. I found bugs crawling in my room at night. It took three calls and nearly five minutes to get a response from the front desk. They eventually relocated me to a different room on the same floor, only for me to find black footprints all over the white walls. I absolutely do not recommend this place – save yourself the trouble!

The room had no windows, making it stuffy and hot with absolutely no ventilation. It felt like I was going to get heatstroke just by walking in. The central air conditioning only provided heat, no ventilation or cool air. The front desk couldn't resolve the issue, and eventually just gave me a small fan that barely moved any air. I'm truly fed up and honestly don't recommend this place.

Check-in was efficient. The twin room was more spacious than I expected, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Most importantly, the location is incredibly convenient, right across from Nanfeng City, with plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. I'd recommend it to friends.

Starts with nothing, everything needs to be asked for – a truly 'beggar-style' hotel, highly recommended! If you want to practice your social skills, speak up more, and experience the life of a 'beggar gang' member, then you absolutely must choose this hotel. I'd call it the top stingy four-star hotel in Changning. 1. The guest room doesn't have a tissue box; you have to use the one from the toilet or ask the front desk for one. 2. Bathrobes are not provided. If you want one, please call. 3. The hotel thoughtfully considers those on a diet: food delivery isn't allowed upstairs and can only be left in the delivery locker downstairs. If you order a late-night snack, you'll have to exercise a bit and brave the cold wind first, thus canceling your snack plans. 4. The third floor boasts an amazing open-air corridor; once you're inside the hotel, you still have to pass through a windy little corridor to reach your room. 5. Regarding the above issues, the room staff showed no apology whatsoever. Requests to change rooms went nowhere. 6. The TV can't screen mirror, and it doesn't even turn on. 7. The room offers an absolutely stunning office-like view. Walking down the hall, I genuinely thought I was coming to work. All in all, it's completely not worth the 600 price tag.

Convenient location, near to shopping mall and eatery. Hotel is superbly clean and spacious. Will be back!
