The room was spacious and quiet, and the front desk staff were polite and efficient. The cleanliness was excellent, and both heating and air conditioning were available. It offered great value for money and a convenient location.

The hotel has a great location, very close to Nanjing Pedestrian Road, which makes it convenient for shopping and walking around. The room is clean and well-maintained, and overall the stay was comfortable. One small downside is that the lighting in the room is a bit dim, which makes it slightly difficult to get ready, especially for doing makeup. The staff are very helpful, especially when assisting with Taobao deliveries. I also requested a one-hour late check-out, and they kindly allowed it without any extra charge, which I really appreciated. Overall, it’s a good hotel with friendly staff and an excellent location. 😊

This hotel is very conveniently located and the servixe was really nice. They served free tea and snack at the lobby. Also they have a free laundry service too. Breakfast is also very delicious. The room is quite cozy and clean. I would recommoned this hotel if you plan to visit Shanghai.

Great hotel, my room was on the 6th floor, so no stairs and they allow to store luggage’s after check out. Honestly no complaints, the location is amazing

The hotel was easy enough to find for a hotel the has a reception on the 4th floor and no signage out front. The location is prime for access to the pedestrian road. Lots of sightseeing and shopping in this area. Short drive to all the key tourist hotspots. Beds were comfortable, staff were great to foreigners like us, breakfast was fine. The only thing of notes was we had no luck using the dryers and resorted to hanging out our clothes in our room. But this is a minor issue and may be operator error. We would stay at the Yitel premium again.

Location is amazing, you do get what you need in walking distance! The view of the street is amazing as well! Room size is good, you do have mostly what you need!
