The front desk staff were friendly.

I arrived around 9 PM on November 7th. It was drizzling. The front desk gave me room 2203, a double room with a balcony. Since I'm writing a review, I'll give an objective one, which has its merits and demerits: I. The First Room I Booked 1. Room 2203 is in area 2, on the second floor. There's no elevator. A staff member helped with my luggage, thank you! 2. The shower exhaust fan was silent. I assumed it wasn't working. I contacted the front desk, and a male staff member came. He didn't give me a direct answer as to whether it was good or bad, only saying it seemed to be working. So, I can only describe the situation: there was no sound at all, as if it wasn't working. This is just my subjective assumption, but it was also raining, so the room was a bit damp when I showered. After all, people need to use the toilet, so there will be some unspeakable air pollution indoors, right? 3. Some walls were damp and blistering; the small bathtub on the balcony was dirty and clearly labeled "abandoned"; the sheer curtains had sharp, right-angled tears and stitching marks, about a foot long; the sofa was old, pilling, and the lining was loose, making it unsafe to sit on. 4. The sheets were relatively clean, but the duvet cover had brown spots, possibly from cigarette burns. 5. The room was dimly lit, making it uncomfortable and oppressive. II. Room Change 1. Room 3203: After my wife contacted the front desk, they said they would change us to another room the next day, also in 3203. It had a small balcony and no outdoor bathtub, but they gave us two beds, one large and one small. Thank you to the front desk! 2. This room had clearly been renovated, and the lighting was brighter, making us feel much better. 3. There is an elevator, but the glass-enclosed elevator was not working, possibly due to a problem. Moving luggage was something we had to manage ourselves. III. Breakfast 1. Chinese breakfast: Century egg and lean pork congee. Very good, very fragrant. The first time I've had such delicious congee. Kudos to the chef who made this congee! 2. Other dishes were kept warm, but the steamed bun and noodle area had both hot and cold options. 3. Beverage area: Milk preparation was average, nothing special. I didn't try the coffee, so I won't comment. IV. Scenery 1. Spanish villa garden scenery. Unfortunately, it felt too natural, lacking the feel of a gardener's touch. 2. Hotel's large swimming pool: The pool walls were worn and looked abandoned. V. Visitor Flow 1. Mostly families, friends, and elderly people; quite a lot of people. 2. Every morning you could hear firecrackers waking you up. This must be a characteristic of this area, a way to awaken the soul. Summary: I stayed for two days and had a pretty good experience. The room on the first day was spacious, but the exhaust fan had a problem. After contacting the hotel, Xiao Zhang and Xiao Hou provided excellent service. They changed my room on the second day, and I was very satisfied with the new room in all aspects; it was very comfortable. It has to be said: Boss, you're relying entirely on manpower to compensate for your inherent weaknesses. Your employees are carrying the entire business for you. With decent foot traffic, you should really upgrade your hardware!

I booked an hourly room during the May Day holiday. I accompanied two elderly people in their 90s to the beach. We needed to take a break after lunch. The hotel rooms were full that day. After repeated requests, I was given a room on the first floor. The most important thing is that the style of the courtyard is good. It is a popular check-in spot and many people took photos. 👍🏻

Hygiene: Hygiene is very average, the bathtub has traces of not being cleaned, and there are towels left by the previous customer in the bathroom. This is the most unsatisfactory. Facilities: The facilities in the room are well maintained, and the bed and room area are large. There is a small garden as a highlight. The swimming pool and gym are not open. The overall situation is quite depressed. The breakfast is so simple that it can't match the fast hotel... Service: There is almost no service, and the management is very average. It feels like a declining hotel, supported by hardware. The auntie at breakfast is very impatient and keeps coughing. The staff at the front desk who checked in was indifferent. When asked if Ctrip Gold Diamond could be upgraded, they directly said that it could not be upgraded because the room was full, but during the stay, including breakfast, I saw a guest. Environment: The environment of the hotel is a highlight, surrounded by green plants in the garden.

The facilities are old and the service is poor. In 28-degree weather, you can only use the hot air conditioner. It's drunk. However, the hotel is quite unique and suitable for taking pictures.

Old hotel. Not worth the money. Breakfast is disgusting, for such a price they could have made a better breakfast. Left a day early because there was a typhoon, it is not safe to stay. They did not want to return the money for one night. The attitude towards customers is bad

We chose a twin room, which happened to have its own door and yard. We were very happy. The room was huge. Although it was the Spring Festival, it was still fully occupied and breakfast was available until 10 o'clock.

The service is good, the attitude is good, but the quality of tourists is poor and no one dissuades them. They smoke directly in the breakfast room. The TV in the room is broken. The old model cannot project the screen. It is a bit boring at night. I was woken up by the construction at around 9 o'clock in the morning. There is really nothing to eat for breakfast. In general, it is worth taking pictures.
