The hygiene and cleanliness were good, and the location was very convenient, right next to Jiaotong University subway station. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning auntie were quite friendly. The downsides are that there's no elevator, the room space is quite small, and the layout is very compact. Most importantly, the soundproofing is poor. You can hear the train every time a subway passes directly below the room. Although the subway stops operating around 11 PM and doesn't really affect sleep then, the noise when it starts up again around 5 AM can be quite disruptive. It's really not ideal for guests who are sensitive to noise. 😭

The hotel is super close to the subway station, just a one-minute walk, so getting around is really convenient. There are also tons of great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. However, the subway noise is quite noticeable, and the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great. The front desk was upfront about these issues when I checked in, but they said there wasn't much they could do. The rooms are a bit small, all on the third floor with no elevator. The bedding was decent, but there's no window, so ventilation is poor, and the bathroom had a distinct urine smell.

A couple stood outside our room chatting late at night, waking us up, and the hotel did nothing about it. 3. The hotel is right next to a main road, so the noise is very loud. 4. The two men at the front desk either looked grim-faced or were glued to their phones; I never saw them look up when customers walked by. 5. It's advertised as 2 floors, but there's no elevator, and it seems to have been extended to 2.5 floors, making it a struggle to get upstairs. 6. The cleaning lady was very polite, and the bespectacled gentleman at the front desk at night was also very courteous.

Extremely close to Jiaotong University. The 10 and 11 subway lines are right outside, making it very convenient for getting around.

Great location with excellent transport links – the subway and bus stops are just steps away. A prestigious century-old university is right across the street, and Wukang Street is only a hundred meters away. As for the room conditions, let's just say they were nothing to write home about. I quietly pulled out my phone and seriously started looking for my next hotel; I absolutely need to make up for this one. 😂

Excellent location with great transport links. The room was clean and super convenient for daily life, truly fantastic! It's just a short walk to Wukang Road and Anfu Road, plus there's a delicious Yunhe noodle shop right at the entrance. Highly recommended!

After checking out, I realized my child's headphones were left behind. I contacted the front desk, and the staff member was incredibly warm and friendly. They helped retrieve them and even mailed them back to me. Really appreciate it!
