Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. The hotel boasts an excellent location, with a variety of snack stalls right downstairs and a shopping mall just across the street. Its proximity to the subway entrance was a huge plus, allowing us to easily hop on the subway directly to the Natural History Museum.

The room was spotless, the toiletries were of high quality, and the mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, allowing my travel-weary self to get a truly restorative rest. Laundry service was also available, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff proactively offered coffee, making me feel truly at home.

Excellent! The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place. It's also conveniently located very close to the subway station and a bustling shopping district.

Location: Excellent. Within mins walking distance to metro, malls, restaurants, eateries etc. Very convenient with nice, clean surroundings. Abundant options for shopping and dining. Visibility: Excellent. can see hotel name clearly once exit through mall. Service: Excellent. Warm reception. We stayed here in the city with our kids and elderly family during our trip to Shanghai Disneyland. The hotel's advantages are quite clear: it's conveniently located about 300 meters from Century Avenue Metro Station, making it easily walkable. For a major international city like Shanghai, the metro is an excellent transportation choice. Dining options are also plentiful and convenient nearby; Xiaoyang Shengjian (a local fried bun specialty) is right downstairs, and the hotel even offers dining coupons. There's also a local market close by, so all essential amenities are readily available. The main drawback, however, is the subway line running underneath the building, which causes noticeable vibrations at night. The rooms aren't very spacious either; you practically step right into bed. But in a city like Shanghai where space is at a premium, this is understandable, and the value for money is definitely there.

Staff are helpful and friendly :) appreciate that there is laundry service! Convenient location near the mall and train station too. Would recommend~

The cleanliness of this hotel is good.

location is good if you want to be in pudong or lujiazui. Room was great and sufficient for a one night stay. However there was a weird smell - the staff did say during check in that due to construction there may be smells. There are shopping malls across the street either access to lots of restaurants and metro lines

All very good and clean. The location and the service staff were very good and friendly.
