Crystal Orange (Shanghai Oriental Pearl Binjiang)

The Orange Crystal Hotel Lujiazui offers an elegant and tranquil environment, despite its bustling location. The overall decor is modern and refined, with clean and tidy public areas that create a wonderful ambiance. The rooms are spacious and well-lit, featuring brand-new, comprehensive facilities. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom has a convenient wet-dry separation with high-quality toiletries. Smart lighting and curtains are easy to operate, and the excellent soundproofing ensures an undisturbed rest. The hotel also boasts a well-equipped gym and self-service laundry facilities. Located in the heart of the business district, it offers convenient subway access and a plethora of dining and shopping options nearby. With well-maintained hardware and a comfortable, stylish environment, the stay experience was excellent, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel.

The hygiene was terrible. I was speechless when I found false eyelashes from the previous guest still in the shower. The room's floor also sagged with every step. The room layout was very confusing. It took a long walk to find my room, and the signs were poorly placed. The service was very bad. I booked a windowless room and asked for an upgrade to a room with a window, but was told there were none available. However, after checking in, I noticed several empty rooms with their doors open. The facilities were quite old. There was no screen casting available, and the hot and cold water in the shower were reversed, making it very difficult to adjust correctly. There was no smart toilet either.

The hotel is comfortable and conveniently located near the subway station, making it easy to get around. The front desk staff were attentive and thorough when answering questions, providing excellent service.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the pier and not far from the subway. The staff on the first floor were very warm and helpful. My stay was perfect, thanks to the excellent facilities! The air conditioning, lighting, and curtains in the room are all smartly controlled and easy to use. The private bathroom has a thermostatic shower with stable hot water, and plenty of storage space around the sink. The high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the room was smooth, there was a wide variety of TV programs, and the bedside had a multi-functional charging port. Everyday amenities like the refrigerator and electric kettle were all provided and well-arranged, making them very convenient to use. With its clean environment and high-quality facilities, this is my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and it offers incredible value for money!

Excellent stay! I slept very well, and the soundproofing was good. The hotel room was clean and well-equipped. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the subway station, and there's even parking available, offering multiple transportation options. I'm very satisfied, and the service was great; they processed my invoice quickly!

I almost canceled my booking after seeing some of the negative reviews, but then I got busy and just went. To my surprise, it turned out to be a fantastic experience! First, the hotel's location is superb. It's a short taxi ride to attractions like the Oriental Pearl Tower, Shanghai Tower, Yu Garden, and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, which was very convenient traveling with kids. Second, the hotel staff provided excellent service. They prepared children's slippers and toiletries for my child and thoughtfully delivered our luggage to the room. There's a gym and a laundry/drying area; I found the washing, drying, and ironing services very convenient. The hotel was very clean, the shower had great water pressure, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The Xiao Du smart assistant was perfect for lazy people like me. The three of us enjoyed a very rich breakfast buffet for only ¥99. This wonderful experience exceeded my expectations. Grateful to have found this place!

Excellent! The hotel's environment, facilities, amenities, breakfast, and service were all great. The staff were very friendly and kind to us, even bringing us warm water. Everything was good, and we had a very satisfying stay. We'll definitely come again!

Pretty good. Booking through Trip.com was cheaper and offered great discounts. The room was fully smart, which was nice, and the service was good too. The only thing is it's two stops away from Lujiazui, but it's conveniently close to the subway station.
