Response from Property: At 1 PM, when I asked if you wanted to check out or extend your stay, you said you were packing. I asked what time you planned to check out, and you said about 10-20 minutes. I said okay, then don't go past 1:30 PM. Did I remind you in advance? Which hotel doesn't have a check-out time? If you're not satisfied, why don't you apply for a refund? Why stay until the next day's check-out time and then have me ask you if you want to check out or what? 80+ yuan is money; don't try to use 80 yuan to enjoy a 5-star experience. Sorry, we don't offer that here.
