We are writing to express our profound disappointment and extreme dissatisfaction with our recent four-day stay at your hotel. This was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience of our lives, and it unequivocally ruined our anticipated vacation. We emphatically advise against anyone staying at this establishment, even for a single night.
Upon entering our initial room, we were immediately confronted with a shocking level of filth. The carpets were dreadfully stained and dirty, the furniture was visibly covered in dust, and a general lack of cleanliness was apparent everywhere. It was evident that the room had only received a superficial tidying, without any genuine attention to hygiene. Furthermore, there was no soap provided in the bathroom upon our arrival.
These unhygienic conditions directly led to a severe dust allergy reaction in our daughter, who was unable to sleep throughout the entire night. Adding to our discomfort, the air conditioning unit in the room was exceptionally loud, making restful sleep utterly impossible for all of us. Despite numerous requests for a thorough cleaning, the staff merely made the bed, failing to address the pervasive dirtiness.
Due to the unbearable noise from the air conditioner and the persistent lack of cleanliness severely impacting our sleep, we were compelled to request a room change. Regrettably, the alternative room offered was no improvement; it presented the same deplorable conditions as the first. (Photographic evidence corroborating our claims has been attached).
In conclusion, we strongly caution all prospective guests against choosing your hotel. This experience was deeply disappointing and entirely unacceptable. We demand appropriate compensation for the thoroughly unsatisfactory "holiday" we endured at your establishment.
