After receiving the notification, we immediately contacted Ctrip customer service to ask them to inform guests checking in that day in advance, hoping to avoid guests only finding out about the issue upon check-in. Although the hot water in the rooms was not interrupted that night, we sincerely apologize if this incident caused you an unpleasant stay.
