The hotel facilities look quite luxurious, the hygiene is very good, and the environment is nice. The service, in particular, is excellent, making the stay very comfortable. The check-in process at the front desk was simple and fast.

The room facilities were convenient and comfortable, and the surrounding transportation options were excellent. Kevin, one of the staff members, was incredibly helpful and solved many issues with the room. His service was very attentive, thank you!

I added the butler's WeChat in advance, so they prepared a memory foam pillow for me, which was very comfortable! The environment is nice, and the location is excellent.

The hotel is in a vibrant downtown location. The pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was excellent, especially Chris, who did a fantastic job. I would definitely come back again.

The hotel's location is super convenient, and the room was spotless and bright. The bedding was soft and smelled fresh. The front desk lady was so warm and helpful, even offering to assist with my luggage. Breakfast had a great variety, and the hot congee and buns were delicious. It's excellent value for money, I had a really comfortable stay, and I'll definitely be back!

The environment is great, and Joy and Chris provided attentive and meticulous service. The rooms are comfortable and the transportation is convenient. It's an excellent choice for a stay in Shanghai.

The room was really spacious, perfect for a solo traveler. If you enjoy your own company, you're in for a treat, haha. There's also a huge round bathtub, which was super comfortable for a soak. The only slight issue was with the shower; I couldn't seem to get the hot water to work, or maybe it just took a long time to heat up. Overall, everything was great. Betty and Nick at the front desk were very polite and even upgraded my room, which I really appreciate!

Overall, my stay at the hotel was excellent, and I had a great experience. A special shout-out to the very friendly manager at the front desk – he was incredibly helpful during my check-in and assisted me numerous times, for which I'm very grateful. He even helped me switch to a much more convenient room. The only thing that needs improvement is the shower knob in the room; it was so stiff I couldn't turn it, and only scalding hot water came out, nearly burning me. Apart from that, everything else was perfect.
