The reason why our staff continued knocking on your door on the 15th for safety reasons is as follows: You checked in at noon on September 14th. Around 5:00 PM on the 15th, while cleaning your room, housekeeping staff discovered it was locked. There was no Do Not Disturb sign, and no response was received when they knocked on the door. No sound was heard from the room, so they immediately reported this to the front desk. The front desk staff called the guest's phone but were unavailable. At 8:00 PM, the duty manager called again to confirm the guest's room status, but the call was unavailable. Around 8:30 PM, the duty manager knocked on the door but still received no response. The room was locked, and the guest could not be reached by phone. The duty manager then reported this to the hotel manager. At 8:38 PM, the hotel manager contacted Ctrip customer service to contact the guest. At 9:12 PM, Ctrip customer service replied that they were unable to reach the guest. At 10:15 PM, the police station arrived to assist and jointly confirm the guest's safety. Around 10:20 PM, the guest opened the door and refused to communicate. If you do not want to be disturbed during your subsequent stay, you can ask the housekeeping staff when they are cleaning the room or inform the front desk staff when you check in. We will create a quiet accommodation environment for you.
