Nice hotel in huangpu area. Nanjing road and the bund is within 1km walk from the hotel. Staffs were very helpful and responsive.

The counter staff are a very helpful and nice.
Location is good, near Nanjing street & the bund.
The house keeping cleaner didn't do his or her jobs, bathroom are not clean, bed are not make properly, no refill of tea bags, never clean the cups and tea pots.
I have stay in many Ji Hotel in China. This is the worse Ji hotel that I have stayed.

Good hotel and best service. They upgraded our room type to twins bedroom it was amazing and so reasonable price. However, we got some noise in front of the room when people walked or talked.

Location is very good able to walk to Nanjing Walking street in a few minutes. Lawson and fruit store just across the street. DiDi can drop in front of hotel. FIVE DAYS here is excellent experience. LOVE SHANGHAI 💕

The hotel is close to The Bun and within walking distance. The room is clean, but the soundproofing isn’t great , you can sometimes hear people talking or doors opening and closing. The Wi-Fi signal is available, but you need to be near the window to get it (and our window faced another building). However, the signal is always strong in the lobby. The lobby lights are turned off at midnight.
One small downside is that the staff didn’t manage outsiders who weren’t staying at the hotel but came in to enjoy the air-conditioning and charge their devices. Other than that, the staff were very helpful. We arranged for a car pickup at the hotel (note that the hotel has multiple branches, so be careful when giving the location). Luckily, the staff helped communicate with the driver for us.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.
