It was a fantastic stay. Very kind people working here, wanting to help you out with anything. The room was fabulous, better than I could imagine. I recommend full on.

helpful and nice staff, my room had an amazing view and tea, bath salts etc. were refilled daily, location is close to the train and metro station and plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby, would definitely return!!

Location is near to Shang Hai train station.
There are KFC, Family Mart, Luckin Cafe, noodle shop next door.
The hotel housekeeping does not wash the mugs at all during our stay.
5 nights only 1 of the day have 2 sachets of coffee therest always 1 sachet.
The day curtain is quite dirty and dusty.
Under bed & sofa are very dusty and has some rubbish (happened to need to pick up item drop in)
The laundry area only have 2 washer and 2 dryer which always full.
The hotel only provide 3 bath towel and hand towel despite we check in as family of 4.
The light is always off when door opened and closed is very inconvenient.

Good hotel and comfortable, staff also have service mind and happy to help you. But the hotel don’t have bidet and mini refrigerator in room.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, with a famous 1000 trees venue nearby. The view in the morning and at the evening is magnificent. Another gratitude to the personnel of the hotel and cleaning stuff for keeping the cleanliness of my room on the highest level. I rate this hotel as a very good property to stay.

對於返住客+長住客來説，這次5晚的住宿，服務確實不盡如人意。第一次入住以及退房時，很熱情周到，所以才會第二次選擇入住。這次的行程，前台服務員checkin時沒有感到任何的温暖，甚至有點冰冷，而且衹有我一個人辦理入住，都沒有其他客人。checkout也沒有任何多餘的話語。或許不是新客，所以不在乎感受吧！下次會考慮換酒店了。
