Hotel itself was good, it’s just my bad luck that there was a construction going on the building beside and there was too much noise . Service wise , it was mostly fine except for security not able to understand or trying to solve with a food delivery . Over all good experience

We had a great stay at this hotel in Shanghai and found it to offer excellent value for money. The room was spacious and very well equipped, which was perfect for us as we were on a long trip with a lot of luggage. The bed was very large and extremely comfortable. Daily housekeeping was excellent, with everything carefully replenished each day. The reception staff were polite, helpful, and very friendly. The location is strategic, with easy access to different points of interest while avoiding the busy city center, and there are many dining options nearby. We especially appreciated the separate shower and toilet, as well as the heating, since we stayed during winter. The only minor downside was that the hot water took a little time to heat up and the water pressure was not very strong, but this was not an issue for us.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel environment is spotless and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

I stayed in one of the hotel's most expensive room types, the Executive Twin Suite. First off, there was a tangled mess of exposed wires by the bedside, some even patched up with electrical tape, which is a serious safety hazard. I'm surprised no one has been electrocuted yet. Second, I couldn't figure out how to turn off the bedside lamp. I had to unscrew the light bulb while it was still powered to finally get some sleep. Third, there were uncleaned hairs in the bathroom. While I'd like to think they were mine, I don't have curly hair. Fourth, the facilities are old and outdated; I even saw an emergency light model that's no longer in production. Everything about it just reeked of being rundown and dilapidated. Fifth, there were no charging outlets or a master control switch by the bed, which is incredibly unusual for a hotel nowadays and caused a lot of inconvenience. Sixth, despite being on a high floor, the view was terrible. On both sides, there were other hotel rooms, so there was no privacy even with the curtains open. This isn't just an issue of value for money; I honestly believe this room doesn't meet habitable standards for humans today. The breakfast was good, and the service was also excellent. However, there's absolutely no reason to stay at this hotel.

Pretty average hotel. You get what you paid for. I had to stay closer to hospital for looking after my family member. Not a first choice. The deco is dated, the room smells dusty and it next to a highway. Location wise is ok. However there are plenty of nicer hotels to choose from. Honestly I felt a bit depressed by staying there. Lucky it was a short 2 night stay. I quickly moved out to a better one.

Extended my stay for another day, and it was still a great experience. The facilities are quite comprehensive, and the soundproofing is excellent, providing a really good space to rest! Definitely worth the trip!

The view outside the window was a quiet residential area, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the temperature comfortable. The cleaning staff was diligent and responsible, and the hotel staff were very professional and provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes that changed daily, which was a pleasant surprise. My only minor complaint is that the soy milk was a bit cold, perhaps it was instant; I wish they served freshly ground hot soy milk, that would be perfect. The bedding was comfortable and clean, ensuring a good night's sleep. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. It truly lives up to its reputation as an established four-star hotel! Highly recommend!

What I liked: The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. The room was spacious and bright, and it was quite clean. What I didn't like: Check-in was very slow; it took 20 minutes, and people kept cutting in line. The shower experience was terrible; the water temperature was inconsistent (hot and cold), and the water pressure was very low. There were no complimentary toiletries; I had to call to have them sent up. The hairdryer had very weak airflow. I specifically requested a room away from the elevator, but they still gave me one directly across from it—thanks a lot.

It's quite convenient to walk to Jing'an Temple. The hotel environment is nice, and the room layout is great and well-arranged. I was surprised that the bathroom not only has a bathtub but also a separate shower, though the shower is a bit small.

Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the room layout was good. Located right under the Yan'an Elevated Road, the value for money at this location is truly excellent. The hotel service was also great, thumbs up!

The decor is a bit dated, but the facilities are complete, and hygiene is not an issue. It's slightly off the main street, so using navigation for your first visit would make it easier to find. For business travelers who need to expense their stay, the hotel's invoice name matches its operating name, which is a huge plus – it saves you from needing an extra name clarification. Thumbs up!

The interior design and ambiance are decent, and the room is quite spacious. However, the facilities are old; the air conditioner makes a loud whirring sound, so I had to turn it off for quiet. The window's sound insulation is poor, and being close to a major road, the noise from traffic and outdoor AC units made it hard to sleep. The hot water wasn't hot enough, so my shower was quite cold; I just quickly rinsed off with lukewarm water.

The location is great, making it convenient for getting around. However, the hotel's bath towels are as thin as those you'd find in budget chain hotels like Hanting or Home Inn, which feels quite low-quality. The gym had no water or towels, and it didn't seem like anyone regularly cleaned or disinfected it. The management is far from that of chains like Atour, making it feel like the price doesn't match the service provided. I checked out a little after 11 AM and forgot something in my room, but couldn't get back in. My room key stopped working even though it was well before noon, and I had to ask a staff member to open the door for me. That's truly hard to understand.

The hotel's location is great, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the restaurant serves delicious food.
