JI Hotel (Shanghai Zhangjiang Road Subway Station) Reviews

Overall, my stay at this chain hotel was cozy. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, despite having a hospital nearby. The hotel also offers free self-service laundry, which is convenient. However, one downside is that guests are allowed to smoke in the rooms, and the hotel uses a centralized air-conditioning system. Fortunately, it was winter and I didn’t use the AC—otherwise, the smoke could have affected my health.

Been a member and fan of the Ji Hotel Group for over a decade and not once have I had an unpleasant experience such as this. Rooms: Hotel is pretty worn, the mattress is thin and you can feel the springs that squeak when you get on the bed. The rooms are clean. There is some construction going on so you’ll have workers smoking along corridors, etc and the hotel just insists they can’t smell the cigarette smoke. Breakfast: Meager compared to other Ji Hotels and the breakfast hall is so humid and hot during the summers because they either don’t turn it on or keep it at 28 degrees c. Most awful feeling and the food was not really good. Staff: Hit and miss… some were great and helpful. All in all I would never want to stay here ever again unless I absolutely need to be near the office.

Not pleasant experience. Hotel condition not good. Staff not good. We book the disneyland shuttle transfer. They insist we did not. That is the reason we stay this hotel. We book again in the morning. They didn't bother to let us know where to wait for the bus. We assumed is the lobby. When time comes, we did not see the bus. We ask again, only they mention if outside by the road side which is approx. 30m away.

I choose All Seasons every time I travel. The rooms are clean, the ladies and gentlemen at the front desk are very welcoming and the service is attentive. The hotel is close to the subway station, and it is also convenient to take a taxi to Disneyland, which takes about 20 minutes. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel, so you can have fun with your family! Oh, by the way, the hotel also reimburses the 30 yuan taxi fare to Disneyland.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Disneyland. The service provided by the lady at the front desk was very good and enthusiastic. She gave small gifts. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety. The staff were very nice. The room was very spacious and had a washing machine and dryer. There was also black tea in the lobby. I highly recommend staying here.

The facilities are complete, the environment is clean, the service is good, and it is close to Disneyland. The benefit of reimbursing 30 yuan taxi fare once is also very good (a single full-day room order can be used with the ticket to visit Disneyland during the stay), which just covers the fare to Disneyland in the morning.

When I checked in, I found urine stains on the toilet. I contacted the room attendant to clean it. As a result, the aunt came in directly by swiping her card. This service is truly amazing. The hotel must have been renovated from an old hotel. The stopper inside the basin was black and was not replaced with a new one.

Hygiene: Very clean and tidy, good environment, worth recommending, will choose again next time I come to Shanghai Service: The breakfast is very rich, with many varieties, very convenient, there is a breakfast and laundry room on the first floor.

I was on a business trip in Zhangjiang and originally wanted to stay somewhere close to the city center during the weekend. But I've stayed here for two days and it feels pretty good, and it's very close to the subway station. I plan to go for a walk around Xujiahui on the weekend. It can be reached by taking the subway, which is quite convenient. You can extend your stay on the weekend without having to carry your luggage with you to another hotel.

The hotel is very clean, the room is large, and the soundproofing is very good. The staff is very good and will patiently answer any questions. I stayed for two nights and it was very comfortable. The experience was perfect. The breakfast was very rich and had everything. It was better than lunch. There is a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping. If you order takeout, a robot will deliver it to you upstairs. The hotel is not far from Disney and the subway entrance. I will come to this hotel next time I come to Shanghai
