An absolutely worthwhile choice, this is my second time staying in room 1926. Before I even checked in, a lady from the lobby management called to tell me the most convenient drop-off point and asked if I had any special requests, which was incredibly thoughtful. Upon check-in, this lady manager and another gentleman meticulously explained the hotel facilities. The room has a Republic of China era, Shanghai-style decor; it's warm and cozy, and every furnishing is carefully chosen. When I arrived, it was drizzling, so I borrowed two umbrellas from the concierge. A charming hotel with heartfelt service from the managers, creating beautiful Shanghai memories.
