Jin Jiang Hotel

Whenever I return to Shanghai, Jinjiang is always my top choice. I usually stay in the North Building, but this time I tried the South Building, and it was also excellent! It might be newer than the North Building because the bathroom layout is more reasonable, and the shower pressure is much better. The soundproofing is also good. The lobby manager, a woman, even checked in on my stay, which was a nice touch. Parking is convenient, and the option for a late check-out is incredibly thoughtful.

Drawn by its reputation, I visited the historic Jin Jiang Hotel. Its location is excellent, surrounded by various charming old Western-style houses, and very close to Sun Yat-sen's Former Residence, making it perfect for a leisurely stroll to experience old Shanghai. There are also many specialty food options, with plenty to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel is quite old, but the facilities are well-maintained. The family room is ideal for a family of three, offering spacious and family-friendly amenities.

I had a very satisfying stay this time. The hotel environment is beautiful and elegant, and the public facilities are well-maintained. The guest rooms are clean and tidy, with complete and well-maintained facilities, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The lobby staff are friendly and efficient with check-in/out procedures. In particular, the female manager in the lobby was quick to assist and resolve any issues. The breakfast selection was rich and tasted good. The overall service was attentive and meticulous, and it offers great value for money. It's definitely one of the hotels I'd recommend.

Located on Maoming South Road, right by Huaihai Middle Road, this old Jinjiang hotel is in a prime downtown area, making it super convenient for shopping. For an older establishment, it's remarkably clean and well-maintained – that's a big plus! 👍🏻 The only slight downside was that I wanted to switch from a king-size bed to a twin-bed room. Ctrip showed availability, but the front desk told me they were sold out.

The location is excellent, with convenient transportation, right in the heart of downtown Shanghai. The room was clean and bright, the service was warm and friendly, and the breakfast was extensive, though I forgot to take photos. I will definitely choose Jin Jiang Hotel again next time.

The Jinjiang Hotel Shanghai, a venerable state-owned hotel, is nestled in the heart of the city. Stepping inside, you can truly feel the century of history that has shaped its unique vintage charm, a style I personally adore. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was quite good. I'll definitely be back for another stay.

The rooms at Jinbei Tower are absolutely fantastic, very stylish and upscale! The hygiene was meticulous, and they provided plenty of bottled water. Breakfast was just average, and it was quite crowded. If you went a bit later, many food items were already gone, leaving only empty containers. The front desk staff was quite polite.

The room size is quite spacious, typical of an old-school five-star hotel. The breakfast selection is average and doesn't change much. The room air feels a bit humid, but there's an air purifier provided.
