Staying at the Waldorf Astoria in Shanghai means experiencing history while enjoying the present, truly worth it.

The biggest surprise during our stay at the Waldorf Astoria on the Bund was encountering Max, Jude, and Jack. The historic building itself has a rich heritage, and the room comfort was top-notch. These two concierges made the entire stay far exceed my expectations. Highly recommended!

We chose the Waldorf Astoria to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel concierge was very thoughtful and decorated our room, and even sent us a small anniversary cake. The room key sleeve is a nice keepsake, a very special design. We were very satisfied with Evelynn and Danny's service; they were friendly, attentive, and detailed, making our stay very relaxing. The room service was also excellent; while we were out for dinner, the room was tidied up again and switched to turndown service, with the curtains drawn. We really enjoyed the hotel's Long Bar, which had a live jazz band performing at night. We'd definitely come back again if we have the chance.

Be sure to check out the 33.7-meter long bar at the corridor bar. The stay was absolutely flawless.
