房屋整潔、衞生，距離地鐵口不遠，周邊便利店小吃很多，對面環球港也有高檔酒店，豐儉由人很方便。房東也很和善，回覆信息及時。不過房間在六樓，對不願爬樓梯的朋友不太友好。

位置特別不錯，然後房子很大，類似於單身公寓那種，什麼都有，有陽台廚房衞生間，一個走廊，有鏡子有小吧枱。房東人很好很和善，住的過程中出了問題都解決了。美中不足的就是感覺打掃衞生的阿姨不認真，我們就挪了下地毯，地毯下面全是黑色的灰。本來我還以為很乾凈，東西都往地毯上放，現在不敢細想。但是其他地方都很滿意，位置上離環球港特別近，就幾步路就到了。住着也舒服，有家的感覺。下次來上海還想定這裏，性價比真的高。就是希望房東姐姐鞭策下打掃衞生的阿姨，感覺好偷懶啊很多細節沒有打掃到位。總而言之這幾天還是住的很開心的！

地理位置特別好，離學校十分近，生活便利，附近水果店、超市、各類餐館很多，買東西和吃飯都很方便。出行小區側門出來就是公交車站，過馬路是金沙江路地鐵站。小區治安也很不錯，平時很安靜，整體很舒服。房東非常友好，溝通順利，也十分有耐心。入住前遇到了一些小問題和房東溝通好也都順利解決了。非常推薦！房間的裝飾和佈置也十分用心和温馨，生活用品齊全～採光很好。網速也很快。總之各方面都挺滿意～

房間很乾凈，地理位置也不錯，邊上就是環球港，而且上海地鐵很方便。
浴室水壓太小，冬天洗澡有點冷。

開始入住時出現了網絡故障以及房屋外設較為陳舊開門不是很方便等小問題，但房東人很好，解決問題十分及時。房間內部很好，衹是不具備廚具有些可惜，另外，房子比較陳舊像九十年代的集資房，當然在普陀區華師大對面這個地理位置來説，性價比還是比較高的，所以對於住宿要求不是很高，但對周邊設施要求高的住友來説還是不錯的選擇。周邊是地鐵站、亞洲最大商場環球港以及美麗的華師大。
