Excellent! The receptionist was extremely friendly, organized a very nice room, spacious.  We had fun over a welcome drink and playing pool table. When we had check out, the driver he hire from a third company left us out, the hotel concierge was amazing, very fast in decision making, helping us to get another driver to the airport. Our family was very impressed how professional they are, I recommend and definitely will stay there again.

The service of hotel is excellent. The staff react promptly to address all your concerns. The room cleaning was done effectively everyday. The front desk staffs are extremely helpful in especial Ms. Una Zhang. I am looking forward to my next stay at this hotel in my next journey.

The hotel upgraded our room to executive and it comes with dinner at their Chinese restaurant. However, we were unable to make it for dinner and they offered to change it to lunch. They sent our luggage up to the room while we enjoyed the lunch. Their services are excellent and they have a counter for parcel collection on behalf of the guest. Even if the parcel arrived earlier than the day we checked into the hotel, they will receive it on behalf based on the guest name. Excellent services! The bed is big and comfortable.

Overall a decent hotel, breakfast was good and lots of variety. Location is not as central and reception service is ok but could be more personalised and responsive for a 5-star hotel. Housekeeping was good and concierge staff was very helpful too.

The place was great, spotless, clean and classy. We had breakfast with our reservation, the buffet was including a lot of options. They put a small cake in our room since it is our anniversary.

Nice hotel, location staff and amenities. Unfortunately i got sick from the salmon steak i ordered from the room service. I haven’t eaten all day so i’m pretty sure it came from that. The salmon was very dry.

No words can truly explain the level of service this hotel has provided. All the attendants at the reception had warmly welcomed us and provided a top notch service that is unparallel or any other hotel in Shanghai. If you are uncertain, this hotel truly is a must stay hotel in Shanghai. The rooms are big and staff are welcoming. I ordered pizza for room service, but I bet you it was the best microwave pizza I ever had. Lastly the lounge or the bar next to the reception was splendid, that have different kinds of Qingdao beer on the tap for you to have a deeper taste of what China has to offer you.
