The Langham Shanghai Xintiandi

The room was very nice and clean. Sicily Yuan helped me with an upgrade, and the service was excellent, making me feel right at home.

The Langham's quality is consistently excellent, as always. From the moment you step in, the signature scent and the charming pink-themed amenities all reflect exceptional taste. The service is incredibly proactive and outstanding, making for an extremely comfortable stay. Sicily at the front desk was sweet and enthusiastic, helping us upgrade to a wonderful room type with excellent privacy. Located in the bustling Xintiandi, the location is incredibly convenient, yet the room itself is very quiet – a true hidden gem in the city. The bedding is comfortable, and the toiletries are Diptyque. Breakfast is fresh with new items introduced weekly. Overall, I highly recommend it; if I'm on a business trip nearby again, I'll definitely choose to stay here.

I frequently stay here, and the service is consistently excellent. Our customer service ambassador, Sicily, is particularly attentive. The room layout is great, with a fantastic view, and the double sinks are a comfortable convenience. The restaurant's breakfast is delicious, and the outdoor dining atmosphere is also very pleasant.

Stayed here with my fur baby, and the pet-friendly experience was fantastic! They provided so many pet supplies in the room, which was super convenient. I really love Langham's color scheme; so many things are pink! There was even a dog-shaped pillow in the room – so cute! Sicily, one of the staff members, was incredibly warm and friendly, checking in on our stay experience. Overall, everything was lovely. Thumbs up for her! 👍👍

Langham has always been my top choice for accommodation in Xintiandi, primarily because of its excellent location, offering beautiful views of the entire Xintiandi area and easy access to a variety of dining options. We were fortunate to meet Sicily, the manager, who was incredibly warm and generous. She even gifted us macarons and provided a lot of help, making our stay very pleasant.

The Langham's service is consistently excellent, as always. Every time I come to Shanghai, I choose to stay here because it's conveniently located and close to everything. Zora even helped me arrange everything before I arrived at the hotel, which was very thoughtful.

Had a truly satisfying stay! The room was very comfortable and spacious, neatly arranged, and felt very cozy. The bedding and pillows were just right – not too soft, not too firm – so I slept wonderfully. The service was absolutely impeccable, making me feel right at home. The turndown service was also a nice touch! 🤓
