Good location, near the riverside park and ferry ⛴️

It's great. The bed sheets and quilt covers are not made of the same material as in ordinary hotels, but pure cotton. The shampoo and shower gel are the same as those used at home. You can see the Huangpu River while lying on the bed. There is also a super large-screen TV. The sanitation is also very clean.

The room I stayed in had windows on two sides, one overlooking the Huangpu River and the other, the Shanghai Tower, the Oriental Pearl Tower, and Shanghai World Financial Center. I loved the high table and chairs by the window; it felt great to work while sipping coffee and gazing at the river view.

The location is great, very close to the Huangpu River. The room was bright, quiet, and clean. There are many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The room also had a washing machine and clothes drying rack, which was a nice touch.

The apartment is not far from Lujiazui and therefore from the tourist skyscrapers (Oriental Pearl Tower, Shanghai Tower etc.). The subway (e.g. Line 2 and Line 9) is also within easy walking distance, as is one of the ferries to the other side of the river to the Bund or Nanjing Donglu. The view from the room I booked was also not to be sniffed at (view of the Huangpu and the three highest towers). Checking in was very easy by calling the service number provided. You could also always contact the head office if you had any questions, and the answers came quickly. The household appliances in the apartment (stovetop, washing machine etc.) almost made it feel like you weren't "just" there on vacation, but in your own little apartment 🤭. The only drawback to the apartment was the bathroom. The ceiling above the shower was dripping from the apartment above, which meant that the floor in the bathroom was soaked with water (even though there was a towel laid out to prevent the worst from happening). Other than that, a thoroughly recommendable stay at iNestin.

You have to contact the B&B before you check in. The first person said that his colleague would contact me. The second person contacted me with my mobile number and added WeChat, but said that they could not find the order and no one was there to receive me. They were very proactive in asking about the check-out time. It's a bit contradictory. They are so strict, but they didn't ask what time the guests should check in before they check in? They made people wait in the lobby for so long. The service process is very poor. The room facilities are very complete, but many places are yellowed, and the corridors are very depressing and old. It's hard to imagine such an environment in such a building.

Sunlight comes into the room in the afternoon. You can work and drink coffee on the high chair in the room, and you can see the Huangpu River. It is very warm and comfortable.

Clean and simple. You can see the Huangpu River. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the ferry and Binjiang Avenue. Take the ferry across the river and it takes 5 minutes to reach the other side, which is the Bund.
