The amenities and service were great, and the location was super convenient – close to both the subway station and Wukang Road. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit old, but it has a wonderful cultural ambiance.

The hotel is super convenient, with direct subway access to Disneyland. It's also just one stop away from Xujiahui, where you can find plenty of shopping malls. There are lots of dining options around the hotel, and ordering takeout is easy. Both the service and environment are excellent.

After more than half a year, I returned to the Shanghai Crowne Plaza Hotel, a place I've dreamed about. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by the warm and elegant hotel lobby. The lovely front desk staff enthusiastically handled our check-in, and the welcoming bellhop helped us with our luggage to the room. The room was, as always, clean and tidy. During our stay, the housekeeping staff were kind and friendly, providing warm and attentive service. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were, as always, diverse and delicious. All the restaurant staff were kind and obliging, especially Manager Li, who was incredibly warm and thoughtful. She proactively assisted an elderly guest with mobility issues and even custom-made special coffee and savory soy milk for us, making us feel completely at home during our stay!

Located in the upscale Wutong district of Shanghai. I remember this being the first Crowne Plaza hotel in Shanghai, so while the facilities are old, they are very clean and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is also good. It's within walking distance to Wukang Road, Shanghai International Fashion Center, and Jiaotong University. Great value for money.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with Wukang Building and the beautiful Xinhua Road plane tree area just a stone's throw away. However, the hotel itself is a bit dated, and for a 5-star standard, the rooms and bathrooms are quite small.
