The nearest subway station wasn't clearly marked. Also, we didn't receive the executive lounge benefits (which were advertised on Ctrip), and the front desk didn't proactively offer them. Our room wasn't upgraded either, and the front desk didn't provide extra slippers and toothbrushes based on the number of guests. I'm not sure why your service philosophy is so lacking. They did deliver water, though, via a robot service. There were quite a few foreign guests.

Excellent location! Although it's an older hotel, it's very well-maintained. The service is exceptional. Even though it's in a busy commercial district, the windows are genuinely soundproof. It's convenient for getting everywhere, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. They also have a food delivery cabinet and robots for takeaways. Considering it was a summer weekend, the value for money was excellent. Highly recommended.

Our family enjoyed the stay in the connecting room. Convenient location with shopping malls nearby and proximity to scenic spots like the church. We went to Legoland and it just took around an hour to go there. Clean and tidy. The gym is open 24 hours.

The location is super convenient, right opposite Metro Exit 20. It's easy to get anywhere from here. Xujiahui Church and bookstores are right next door, making it great for both shopping and sightseeing. Plus, there are a lot of foreign guests staying here. Highly recommended!

The only good thing I would say for this hotel is its location which is in the centre of XuJiaHui. The service is poor, the room is small and smells damp and mouldy, all my family members has multiple insects bits on our arms and legs after the stay. We requested for assistance for taking the luggage to the reception from our room when checking out, the porter brought a luggage trolley and told us to put luggage onto the trolley ourselves. The breakfast time was supposed from 6:30-10:30, however the noodle bar closed earlier, when I requested for a bowl of noodles, was told that the cooked has been switched off hence cannot serve! Additionally, they even did not refund my deposit, I had to making an international call to chase them. Ridiculous!

Every time I come to Shanghai, I stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located, the staff are enthusiastic, and the service is excellent.

Room size was decent. Room was clean and well maintained. Only minus point us the translucent door of the toilet/bathroom. You could see the person using the toilet from the outside! There is a sliding door between the toilet area and the room, but that meant that you could not access the room door without opening the sliding door. Location was good and room was quite soundproof.

You can tell the hotel is a bit old, but it's kept very clean and the service is great. It happened to be my birthday during my stay, and the front desk even sent a delicious cake!

The location is fantastic, right in Xujiahui, surrounded by many popular spots like the Cathedral, the Library, and Xujiahui Park. It's also not far from Wukang Mansion, making it incredibly convenient.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Xujiahui, making it easy to get around. It has a unique character; as soon as you enter the lobby, you're greeted by ******* Thangka paintings. The breakfast spread is excellent, and the service is warm and attentive.

The room facilities are great! The environment is beautiful! The breakfast buffet was fantastic! We booked a family room and also had complimentary access to the executive lounge, which made our stay very enjoyable. The service was excellent! The location is great, with many shopping streets nearby.

I booked a room for my child to rest in during the Gaokao (college entrance exam) period. The hotel was incredibly thoughtful, decorating the door with a 'Zhuangyuan Gate' (Scholar's Gate) and 'Jinbang Timing' (Successfully Passing the Imperial Examination) signs. It had a wonderful symbolic meaning, making our stay feel very comforting and pleasant!

This is our second time staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Tibet Hotel for my child's college entrance exam. It's perfectly located right next to Xuhui Middle School, the examination site, and we also stayed here for the spring exam earlier this year. The hotel is incredibly thoughtful: they had 'Zhuangyuan' (top scholar) door couplets, 'dingsheng gao' (a traditional pastry symbolizing success), and oranges... so much attention to detail and a real sense of occasion. My child got into an early admission program for college, so the Courtyard by Marriott Tibet Hotel truly is a lucky place! 👍👍

Excellent location, clean environment, and attentive front desk service. The delivery locker is also very convenient. I frequently stay here.
