徹底失望！從粉絲到路人黑，一次糟糕透頂的住宿體驗
作為亞朵多年的忠實粉絲，我從未想過會寫下這樣的評價。但這次入住，徹底顛覆了我對亞朵的所有美好印象，堪稱一次災難級的體驗！如果細節滿分是10分，這次體驗我願意給**負分！
1. 虛假宣傳的“有窗房”，價格欺詐！
我預訂並付款了“有窗房”的費用，結果房間的窗户竟然貼着磨砂紙，打開後直麪隔壁大樓的平台，距離近到外人可以輕易爬進房間！這跟一扇“假窗”有什麼區別？價格卻比無窗房貴。溝通後換了一間，房內有一根斜樑柱突兀地立在中間，壓抑又礙事，但我還是接受了算吧，不想再麻煩。大堂經理在換房間的過程中態度冷漠，毫無歉意！
2. 房卡故障反遭前台員工辱罵！
12月4日晚11:30，我在洗衣房洗衣服後，電梯竟無法感應房卡。我到前台求助，一名男性員工不僅毫無服務意識，還直接指責我“用了內部電梯，語氣極其不耐煩。在我未説明情況前，他就武斷地推卸責任，態度宛如訓斥犯錯的下屬。作為客人，我竟要忍受這種無禮的對待？我要求這名員工公開道歉！
3. 設施破損，洗澡變成“冷水驚魂”！
淋浴間的花灑開關標識早已脱落，洗澡時我衹能憑猜測調節，結果冰冷的水柱直接沖頭淋下，凍得渾身發抖。這種基礎維護都能忽略，你們對客人的體驗有一絲重視嗎？
4. 服務敷衍，連紙杯都要討價還價！
房間紙杯用完後未及時補充，致電服務中心要求提供，服務員送來時竟沒有杯蓋。我提出需要蓋子，對方還堅持“盒子裏有”，直到我出示空盒才相信。難道客人合理的需求，還要經過你們的“審核”才配得到滿足？這種摳門又敷衍的服務，令人窒息！
5.. 骯髒的布草管理：換下來的床單竟堆在走廊！
更令人震驚的是，堆滿換下來的髒床單的車子就衹停在客房走廊，長時間無人清理。作為一家標榜「人文」「潔淨」的酒店，竟連最基本的衞生管理都如此懈怠，讓客人走在堆滿污漬布草的通道，這不僅影響觀感，更讓人對整體衞生狀況產生嚴重懷疑！
整體體驗：從品牌信任到徹底崩塌
我曾向朋友大力推薦亞朵，如今卻感到無比尷尬。從硬件上的虛假宣傳、設施故障，到員工的無禮傲慢、服務懈怠，這次入住沒有一環合格。如果連老粉絲的體驗都能如此踐踏，亞朵所謂的“人文服務”恐怕衹是一句空話。
總結：價格不菲，體驗卻堪比廉價旅館。
如果你們繼續漠視客人的基本需求，縱容員工如此怠慢，再忠實的粉絲也會心寒離開。請亞朵認真反省，別再辜負消費者的信任！
不推薦！除非你想花錢買罪受。

衞生：很乾凈，有香香的味道
服務：服務非常好，出入酒店前台都會打招呼，需要什麼很快都能送上來
環境：非常方便，周圍就有商圈，很多好吃的，這次為了看劇定了這裏，去上海大劇院步行也就800m左右，十分鐘就到了👍🏻

Hotel has great staff. Location is great and the hotel is super clean. They upgraded my room to a larger children family room and my son loves it a lot. Thank you Atour X. Will definitely stay the same hotel again.

Booked the superior queen room, but room do not have mobile reception due to the location. The bathroom was a bit too small and had problems, so they upgraded me to a bigger room and with great view.
Shower head has some leakage when in use.
Overall experience was okay. Service and staff were helpful and friendly.
Would recommend if you just want a hotel for sleeping while still being in a decent area.

Location is very convenient,walk straight 100m and u can reach the LV cruise. We checked in late at 4am and they helped to upgraded our room which helps a lot after a long flight. They also help to collect parcel and offer warm water every time we passed by. A BIG THUMBS UP, they got free porridge every night! Definitely come back next time

Overall the stay is good but there is renovation early in the morning which disrupts our sleeping. The location is nearby The Louis and Starbucks Reserve Roastery.
