Pine City Hotel

The weather was freezing, but the room was stifling hot. The air conditioning wasn't on for cooling, so I couldn't sleep at night because of the heat. They provided a fan, but it was incredibly loud and just blew hot air around.

Facilities: Decent, satisfactory. Cleanliness: Good, acceptable. Environment: Decent, satisfactory. Service: Decent, satisfactory. Great location with a subway station right next door, very convenient for getting things done in the area. I'll choose this place again next time.

We stayed in the 1812 View King Room and generally had a great experience. We had planned a 2 PM checkout, but they graciously extended it for another hour due to special circumstances. Really appreciate it! 🙏

The room was always cleaned promptly and thoroughly, which I really appreciated. I was especially impressed by the warm, meticulous, and thoughtful service provided by staff member Xia Junzhi. It's great to see such an excellent employee at a major hotel like this.

The room color was even more premium than in the photos. Everything in the room was neatly arranged, and for a hotel with full carpeting, the cleaning staff did an excellent job. The location is superb, just a few dozen meters from the subway station, making travel very convenient. The doorman, front desk, and elevator lobby staff were all very responsible, meticulous, and had great attitudes.

Even though it's an older hotel, it doesn't feel dated at all; it seems to have undergone renovations in recent years. The rooms are comfortable and spotless. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. There's free parking, and a subway station is conveniently located just across the street, making it super easy to get around. Highly recommended!

Excellent location; I was here for a visa application, and the embassy was only a few minutes away. The staff were very helpful, and the room had a fantastic ambiance.
