Yun He Ye Bo Hotel (Shanghai Wuning Road Global Harbor)

I will try to keep my review simple and straightforward. Location: The location is good even though it is not in the city. I had no problem getting to all the tourist areas. It felt like this hotel was in the middle of everything. The area is clean and quiet and very family friendly. I prefer the slow vibe after a day of loud sightseeing and activity. Room: it is amazing. They have many amenities and you can request more. The design of the room is sleek and modern, I have no complaints. Cleanliness: The cleaning lady cleaned everyday and provided new towels everyday. She cleaned the toilet and bathroom AND windows. Great cleaning staff very nice. Amenities: There is a gym (I did not use it) it looks nice but I do not want to work out for my trip 😔. You can add the hotel on we chat and ask for ANYTHING! There is a robot that will deliver everything to you! Staff & service: very kind staff and helpful even to foreigners! They do not complain they just help you and are very attentive. They provided everything I needed and I did not feel like my stay was lacking. Very amazing people. Front desk and cleaners! Xiao Wen is very nice and she did her best to keep our stay luxurious. Breakfast: Very bountiful, lots of variety. I think it has more variety than breakfast needs and you should not be disappointed. Overall this hotel is worth more money than it costs. I recommend and WILL come back.

It’s such a GREAT experience, this is a trip celebrating my mom birthday, the service and staff is in the next level, I feel this is a hidden gem for hotel! I would highly recommend to everyone!!! 这个酒店和员工真的太棒了！五星好评！

你们的服务非常好。 The hotel gave us room decoration for our first wedding anniversary and helped us order medicine too. super accomodative and recommended hotel ever!
