A perfect stay from check-in to check-out! We were thrilled with the lovely room upgrade with an amazing view to Shanghai from every windows. The entire staff deserves special recognition for their exceptional courtesy and kindness—they made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel's services were excellent, and the location was ideal for our needs, being both convenient and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-quality hotel experience. We will return without hesitation!

The location is quite convenient, 10 min walk from Pudong Avenue metro station, on line 14, which is a direct link to Yu Garden and Jing'an temple stations on the same line. Beautiful view of the financial district with iconic skyscrapers and the Pearl Tower as well as the river view!! Excellent buffet breakfast!

Excellent value for money, stunning night views, heated indoor pool, and a revolving restaurant. Enjoyed the Bund and river night scenery in the evening, and had breakfast in the revolving restaurant in the morning. Absolutely delightful!

This stay was fantastic. The room was spacious, spotless and the bed was super comfy, guaranteeing a great night’s sleep. The front desk staff Ines and Sans were incredibly welcoming and helpful, answering all our questions, even gave us the room upgrade to the 45th Premier Floor and the panoramic views were simply breathtaking, bustling traffic during the day and a dazzling cityscape at night. It makes us stayed the same room for one more day.

Yesterday, I stayed at the Novotel Shanghai Atlantis and specifically booked a room with a view of the Lujiazui 'Three-Piece Suit' (referring to the three iconic skyscrapers). The night view was absolutely stunning. The top floor also features a revolving restaurant, offering breathtaking panoramic views during breakfast – you can see Lujiazui, the North Bund, and Yangpu Bridge all at once. The scenery is truly unbeatable. Kelly at the front desk was warm and attentive, even preparing a small gift for my child. Manager Chu at the restaurant was also very welcoming and friendly. Overall, a really great stay!

We booked this hotel for our child's spring exams, drawn by the family room with a partition, which is perfect for high school students. We checked in on New Year's Day, and while we had to wait a bit for our room, the front desk gave us three complimentary drink vouchers, which was a nice touch. Good service overall.

This hotel is 26 years old but well-maintained. The scenery is charming and the service is warm. A special thanks to Manager Chu from the breakfast restaurant; her service was enthusiastic and she answered all our questions. She even gave gifts to the children after our meal. Wishing her smooth work and prosperous business!

The exterior is beautiful, and the price is very affordable, offering great value for money. I'll definitely book here again next time. The service is also excellent; they even deliver takeout right to your room door, which is fantastic!

Heads up! Heads up! Heads up! I stayed for two nights, and only realized after I got back that a large chunk of my 1k SK-II facial cream was scooped out by housekeeping. It was perfectly fine when I used it the first morning and I left it on the vanity before they cleaned the room. I didn't discover such a big piece missing until I checked out and got home. I'm utterly speechless. Good thing I didn't leave any other valuables there. How can a big hotel like this do something like that? I will never stay here again. Everyone, please be careful!

A friend recommended this hotel. The river view room even offers the 'three-piece set' (likely referring to toiletries/amenities), and for this price point, it's really great! I love it, love it! The front desk even gave out New Year's candies, and there were many international guests staying there 🍬. The front desk lady, Joanna Huang, provided excellent service! I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

The location is a bit off from the middle, and the nearest subway exit is also not that close. Tha building is 25 yrs old, it shows in the quality of the rooms and the interior of the revolving restaurant. The room is small and simple, however the cleanliness was not the best. I found some hairs around in the bathroom. Also the shower was dirty a bit. They give you a very simple slipper, 4 bottles of water/day, toothbrush+toothpaste, there is a waterheater, some tea and instant coffee in thr room, safe, iron, a bathrobe so the room is well equiped. The view is extremly good if you are in the upper rooms. Mine was on lvl46. The wifi is bad, also one of my e-mail accounts got hacked not soon after logging on on it, so DO NOT USE the hotel wifi! The breakfast is good, there is a lot to choose from and the view is extremly good.

Love the huge family room which fits 2 king size beds! Kudos to Rainbow at the 50th floor restaurant!

The location is a long walk from the metro station. The hotel is aged so dont expect too much on the amenities.
