Simple 3 star hotel, however hotel is actually merged with another hotel. Hence, getting a car was confusing. Location is great as I tend to frequent night life areas which are convenient. Cleaning was average.

酒店服務很好，很人性化，房間熱水，三秒出熱水，還有很大的洗衣房，還有專一的人管理，非常的方便，出行在也不用擔心衣服怎麼洗，外賣什麼的，機器人自動送上來，挺好的，保護了私隱。

We stayed here for travelling, the location is actually very good. Close to some popular tourist attractions. But the smell in the room is really bad it smells like somebody has been smoking there for a long time 🤢🚬So that’s why, I had headaches over every single night. No window in the room so there is a chance when you fall asleep that you will never ever wake up. The floor is really dirty, I washed it with one of the towel and it became dirty immediately. Breakfast isn’t outstanding but satisfying. The staff is really helpful and polite. And the place has a great laundry for free, appreciate that.

The hotel is very well maintained, although the rooms are pretty small, they are clean tidy and the housekeeping is fantastic. The hotel staff and friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient for walking to Xintiandi, Mengzi Market and Madang Road. There’s a spa across the road as well.
The only thing is the rooms sound-proofing can be improved, but I turn on the tv loudly or have earplugs on.
Will definitely stay here for our next trip.

Had a great stay good coffee and welcoming staff. No one spoke English but were friendly. Also the washing machine was very well kept.
