I booked this hotel for my child's postgraduate entrance exam. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation, right next to Fudan University, which made it easy for them to get to the exam. I booked an executive suite; the room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety, and the noodles were absolutely delicious – highly recommend them! A special shout-out to the lobby staff; they were polite and friendly, making us feel right at home. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance.

The hotel stay was excellent, I felt right at home. The service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast was plentiful. If you stay for two consecutive nights, they even offer a free dinner. The surrounding area is great, with supermarkets and restaurants all around. The location is also perfect, not far from any of the attractions. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai.

As a five star hotel, basic required appliance like their fridge was not cold.. I had to asked the front desk to bring ice cube for my drinks in my room and during Sept/oct, it’s still hot like around 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Service: Was average… not everyone performed towards the five star hotel expectation. Worth it? No
