False advertisement,the pictures on here are totally different from what I saw. Worse the entrance wasn’t easy to find,a visible META TREE sign has the entrance like an abandoned dirty reception with dirt.I really wasn’t impressed with it!

Very pleasant stay at this Hotel!! I will stay here again if i come to Shanghai. Great location and many eataries surrounding. They also help to receive Taobao!! GREAT SERVICES!!

Very friendly staff,but i should mention that there was no window, and i dont think it was mentioned while booking, there was also no wardrobe except for a clothes hanger above the tea&coffee station so it made it really hard to handle the clothes 😅. Also no big mirror to check your outfit except for one in the bathroom and one above the beds (you had to stand on the bed to see yourself) also no mini fridge which i also dont think was mentioned. My overall star rating: 4/5.

The room, though small, was very well-designed and the breakfast was excellent. The service was top-notch, truly exceptional. The location is absolutely fantastic; we walked to The Bund, Nanjing Road, and People's Square. It's also just a few hundred meters from the People's Square subway station, making it super convenient to get anywhere by metro.
