We stayed for a couple nights and the location is excellent, walking distance to Nanjing Pedestrian street. The phone reception was poor but this was probably because we were in a room with no windows. Shower was excellent and consistent: great temperature and pressure. Breakfast buffet was decent, some dishes were a little oily and there were only a couple fruits. Otherwise service and cleanliness were very good :)

The location is incredibly convenient. Nanjing East Road is just a short walk away, and you can even catch the Bund's lights at night. The hotel's exterior is quite stylish, and both the service and facilities are excellent. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay, and it offers great value for money.

Location is good. Near to raffles city mall. People square metro station exit 15. The hotel room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The counter service was good too. We have issue order ******* for dinner, the counter lady offer to help us order and use the robot to deliver to our room. Heartful thanks to them. There are washing machines n dryers at the 9th floor. Detergent is provided. For our stay, all are good. Will recommend this hotel and i wish to back to this hotel again.
