Response from Property: Dear Guest, thank you so much for staying at the Shanghai Hongqiao Jiating Hotel! We sincerely apologize for not providing you with a perfect stay. After reviewing the security footage and phone recordings, our front desk staff spent approximately 10 minutes changing your room, checking the leak upstairs, and documenting the issue you reported. They also provided complimentary breakfast. We apologize again for any inconvenience. Further inspection revealed that the bathtub was not leaking; the water seepage was caused by slow drainage in the shower. We will now closely monitor room facilities to ensure a more pleasant and comfortable stay for our guests. We have also conducted a thorough cleaning to eliminate any unsanitary areas and provided staff training. We hope you will have a different experience on your next stay. We sincerely apologize once again. We wish you a pleasant work life and a happy life!
