The place is nice, convenient and near to places I wanted to go. The staffs are accommodating. The room comfortable and have complete amenities.

Requested for early check in (9am) and was able to provide a nice room. Lobby may not appear impressive but room was pleasant, big, clean and bright. Do not think the hotel has other leisure or recreational facilities. Location is very good, near to metro line 2 and 15. Many shopping centres, restaurants, food eateries and cafes, just next to the hotel. Ideal place for travellers that need basic accommodation.

We wanted to try out this hotel for our last days in SH, due to its location. It’s a local hotel situated close to a restaurant street, malls, and metro line 2 Lou Shan guan road. The room is spacious, but if you look detailed, everything looks a bit old and dirty. The bathroom and aircon looked moldy. Not sure if it’s due to the high humidity in SH? I need to think twice if I would stay here again.

The room felt abit older and worn out. While it was clean, it felt like quite used, not that well maintained. While the shower worked alright, it leaked alot along the walls. The hairdryer wasn’t quite safe to use, the toggle between the switch was stuck. If you don’t mind an older place that’s quite basic. While the room was big, I prefer better maintained rooms/ facilities - For the price they charged, don’t recommend for families.

The room was fine, fairly clean, just a bit old as a hotel, and cigarette smell was lingering.

we stay just 1 night. location is okay, very old ,breakfast not up the mark as per cost

Though it’s near to metro station but the location is hidden behind shops and not easy to locate

Location is very good and convenient , surrounding by mall , restaurant and shopping outlet , just few train station can reach the NECC expo

Hotel has got good position with h many restaurants outside. Transport are quite near and rooms ae big. Hotel isn’t new but well equipped

The location of kingtwon hotel is good. The price is cheap. That's all.

Room is spacious but a bit run down. Renovation is te. Location is superb right next to shopping mall and blet station. The buffet breakfast spread is limited choices and not worth with the price paid
