Facilities: All facilities are great, except for the bed being too soft. Cleanliness: As a five-star hotel, every detail was impeccably clean. Environment: Very close to Disneyland and Chuansha Ancient Town, with convenient transportation. Service: Because the bed was too soft, two young ladies from the staff helped us put down a bed board. They were incredibly patient and helpful, which I really appreciated. Previously, I had booked the Cloud and Nightfall Hotel. Two hours after checking in, I started coughing, realizing that the renovation was recent and the smell hadn't dissipated. I decisively switched hotels to an older five-star one. After the change, I immediately felt much better. Everything met my expectations. The breakfast had a wide variety, and about half of the guests were foreigners.

Great location, quite close to Pudong Airport. It's an older five-star hotel and the hygiene is decent, though it could be a bit more meticulous. The room is spacious, especially the bathroom, which is really roomy. All the standard amenities are there. The room is quiet, except for a constant hum from the central air conditioning. Parking is convenient, but the entrance and exit are a bit narrow. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The front desk personnel are also very welcoming; they proactively ask if you need to book the Disneyland shuttle and provide detailed information on its schedule. Items in the room are neatly arranged, and the room itself is quite spacious. In the morning, the restaurant staff are excellent too. They ask if you'd like coffee, and the freshly made pastries are a real treat!

There was a really strange, gasoline-like smell in the room. Ordering takeout was such a hassle; I had to call them every single time to confirm, which was so inconvenient. And the front desk staff were really lazy.

Other hotels typically finish breakfast at 10 AM, so 9 AM isn't very friendly for those who want to sleep in a bit. All in all, I think this five-star hotel, at such a great value, is really excellent.

This hotel was great, it completely met my expectations. It's close to the airport, which makes getting back home easy. It's also very close to the Florence Outlet, so shopping was super convenient. And being near Chuansha Ancient Town meant we could visit the former residence of Huang Yanpei, which was a truly impactful experience. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel's location is pretty good, very close to Disneyland, and there's a shuttle bus service. The dining hours are advertised until 9:30 PM, but they actually start clearing away the food around 9:10 or 9:20. It's the quality you'd expect from an older five-star hotel.
