廁所和圖片相差很多，浴簾的架子壞了，花灑的架子也壞了拆了，洗澡得舉着花灑，洗完澡衞生間全是水，如圖可見，床上床單有白色污漬，沒有清洗乾淨，整個房間和圖片差距還是蠻大的，建議謹慎選擇，房東和管理者回復和溝通也很慢，並不熱情，都等我們自己入住前一天自己一點點問怎麼辦入住，退房也沒交代，估計這個二房東也是很久沒生意了，所以也無心經營，這個價格，性價比很低。

位於住宅小區內，和描述一致，二室一廳，衞生間不大但功能齊全夠用！廚房乾淨，兩個卧室都很大，床墊很軟很舒服，給我的驚喜是一樓的花園，陽光燦爛，綠植茂盛！

當時入住的時候遇到了一些小問題，房東都是很快的把問題解決了. 基本上都沒啥太大的問題.
