I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel environment was clean, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Service was prompt and thorough, and all my needs were handled properly. The cleaning lady also meticulously cleaned the room when we were out, making it tidy and comfortable. The facilities were complete, and it offered good value for money. Since I didn't specifically take photos of the hotel environment, I'll just share a few pictures from our trip. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit!

Although the facilities are a bit old, the hotel's location is excellent. It's very convenient to get to the pedestrian street, the Bund, and other commercial areas from here. The front desk staff is very welcoming, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

The hotel room was quite spacious, with plenty of room to move around. It was very convenient as there were restaurants right downstairs. The room facilities were all-inclusive, and having a fridge was especially handy – I could just pop leftover cold drinks in there and enjoy chilled beverages the next day, which was great! 👍🏻

Cleanliness: The room was clean, and the staff asked every day if I needed housekeeping. Service: The service was excellent; they were always ready to help with anything I needed. Environment: It was quiet, and there's a mall nearby, which was very convenient. It's also not too far from the subway station.

First time here and it poured rain, such bad luck! Luckily, the hotel's location was easy to find. The environment is beautiful, the lobby is spacious, and the front desk staff were very friendly, warm, and attentive, arranging everything perfectly. The room size was quite large, and the hygiene was excellent – clean, fresh, and tidy. I was very satisfied with my stay; the experience was great and definitely recommendable.

They arranged a room with an amazing view, I could see the Lujiazui skyline (the 'three sisters'). Also, the breakfast was rich, with a wide variety and good taste.

Our overall experience during these two days was quite disappointing. As soon as we entered the room, there was a noticeable odor, and the facilities were generally old and worn. We could see mildew spots on the sheets, and there were unexplained white specks on the table. The outlets were also very difficult to plug into. We contacted the front desk to request a room change. The front desk staff were helpful and actively assisted us in finding a new room. We looked at three or four rooms in total, but most of them had issues, and many had a strong smell of smoke. We finally managed to find a room with a relatively normal scent, but the hardware issues persisted: the outlets were still difficult to use, making it hard to plug in chargers; the lights were slow to respond; and the TV was small and frequently showed no signal. The service attitude was commendable, but there's significant room for improvement in terms of room hygiene, hardware, and facility maintenance.

The room was clean and tidy. The front desk lady was super helpful and even moved us to a higher floor, which gave us an even better night view! My child was absolutely thrilled. My kid's cosplay outfit needed some mending for the anime convention, and the staff kindly provided a sewing kit and scissors. Thumbs up again! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The front desk staff were very nice and quickly met my needs. It would be better to have two room cards because you need a card to power the room, and it's sensor-based. If you take the card out, the air conditioning and refrigerator won't work. The view from the higher floors is excellent.
