Toy Story Hotel

Booked this hotel through Trip.com, and it was the Toy Story Hotel at Disneyland. The location is excellent, with very convenient transportation; there's a continuous shuttle bus to the park. The hotel faces the sea, and the lobby has a strong artistic and luxurious style, really emphasizing a 'family-friendly' vibe, making you feel like you're already in the park. The hotel offers a wealth of free family and children's facilities, including a fun family space. The room layout is well-designed and cozy, immersing you in a technological fantasy world. They provided various complimentary drinks and slippers, which made my child incredibly happy – they didn't want to leave the room! The bed was very comfortable, and the bedding and linens were pristine, giving a sense of peace of mind. The front desk staff were highly professional and exceptionally service-oriented, attentive and caring like family. It was my birthday month, and they even gave me a small gift, which I deeply appreciated! Every other staff member greeted us warmly. The entire hotel staff, from top to bottom, were incredibly enthusiastic, meticulous, and thoughtful, making us feel at home and very warm. It provided the absolute best stay experience. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, with no hidden corners, and the bathroom was super clean with excellent water pressure for a very comfortable shower. Check-out was simple and quick, with no need to wait for room inspection. WiFi coverage was seamless throughout the hotel. Breakfast was incredibly rich with delicious food, making it a top choice for a family vacation with kids. I'll definitely stay here again next time and highly recommend it to friends.

The biggest perk of staying at this hotel is the early access to the park an hour before opening. Make sure to take full advantage of it! Plus, it's very close to the park with a shuttle bus, so you can stay until 9:30 PM after closing and still easily get back to the hotel.

From check-in to checkout, the entire experience was clearly explained, and overall, this hotel offers decent value for money, especially for families with kids. However, the breakfast definitely needs improvement. For a price of over 200 per person, the Chinese food options were a bit bland and heavy on the coloring. Hopefully, they can make some changes in the future. The shuttle service to the park was excellent. For a trip to Shanghai to experience Disney, the Toy Story Hotel is generally okay. I really hope they can offer a wider variety for breakfast, and also for their fast food and simple meal options, as the current selection is quite limited. My family, including my parents and children, were quite satisfied. The hotel's complimentary souvenirs were adorable – a Toy Story-themed towel, luggage tag, slippers, and pillowcase.

Every staff member was incredibly polite and provided excellent service. They were very friendly towards children, and the cleaning lady who serviced our room really touched my heart – it's been so long since I've received a handwritten note! I'll definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Shanghai Disneyland. Woody was often seen around the hotel, so we didn't have to wait in line for him at the park. It was a wonderful experience, a magical and beautiful day.

Our stay in the Buzz Lightyear-themed room at the Toy Story Hotel truly exceeded our expectations! The room's overall theme was perfectly executed, creating an immersive space experience. At night, after turning off the lights, the glow-in-the-dark star wallpaper slowly appeared, making for a truly dreamy atmosphere. Buzz Lightyear-themed blankets and throw pillows were all there, with so many thoughtful little details. My child was incredibly surprised the moment we walked in and was happy throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself is very new, and the facilities are well-maintained. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the taste was great, with plenty of cartoon-themed dishes that kids love. Downstairs is the Lotso Shop, where you can buy many hotel-exclusive merchandise items, saving you the hassle of rushing through shops in the park. It was very convenient to browse. The entire stay was incredibly comfortable and added so much joy to our Disney trip. Highly recommended for families with children, and we'd love to come back again if we get the chance.

My child started having diarrhea after eating the food inside the park. Thankfully, they only ate a few bites because it was so unappetizing, otherwise, it would have been much worse. The Toy Story Hotel tries to compete with the Legoland Hotel, but it honestly can't compare. Legoland has play areas for kids and interactive group activities. The food there is also better than Disney's. The entire Legoland Hotel, right down to the rooms, just breathes Legoland. The Toy Story Hotel, on the other hand, is no different from any ordinary hotel. The only difference is that it's expensive, and you can't even get outside delivery. If you really want delivery, you have to pay extra. The Legoland Hotel, however, offers a wide variety of food delivery options, and the environment is great. Sigh, there's just no comparison. Every detail at Legoland is designed with the guests, parents, and children in mind. Every part of the Disney hotel just screams, 'You're being ripped off!'

This hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient shuttle service. Staying here means you can take photos and interact with the character mascots without having to queue up for a long time at the park. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable. The early access benefit is fantastic! The front desk staff during check-in were very attentive and thoroughly explained the hotel's benefits, helping us with quick and easy mobile operations. Room service was also great. On the first day, being able to quickly return to the hotel after playing until 11 PM was incredibly worthwhile. The next day, after enjoying early access until 11 AM, we returned to the hotel to rest and were fully re-energized. Highly recommended! The hotel's Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear store is well-stocked with a comprehensive range of merchandise, even limited editions are available. Thumbs up!
